In Rise of the Argonauts for PlayStation 3, get ready to live a tough life, with violent wars and historical warriors, as Codemasters unveils in this large-scale action RPG adventure the journey of a warrior.

Instead of strictly following the original mythological story, Rise of the Argonauts starts with intense action due to the fast and unexpected murder of Alcmene, the fiancée of King Jason of Iolcus, in a brutal attack by invaders.

With hardly any moment for grief, you take on the role of Jason and embark on a mission of revenge against those who killed your fiancée on your wedding day, and on a quest for the Golden Fleece, in an attempt to restore her life.

Joining you on this quest are several familiar companions, each with their own abilities, such as the giant Hercules and the invincible hero Achilles. Each of these Argonauts is controlled automatically but can also fight easily without your help.
