The two pockets on the shoulders have pleats for comfortable access. The jacket secures with a two-way zipper and VELCRO surfaces. Pleats on the shoulder blade offer more comfortable movement. Sleeves for soft elbow pads at the elbows. The cuffs secure with VELCRO surfaces. On the lower left of the sleeve, there are slots for three pens.
