    It does not have absorbency. Better in sublingual form, but from my experience I suggest the injectable form. Why? - Because it saves money, it only costs 3-4 euros for the injection, which you will do 3 times a week and it will cost you a total of only 3-4 euros for the box that contains three ampoules. - After 6 months, get tested and depending on your levels, if they are below 500, do the injection. If they are above 500 [500-700], take sublingual as a preventive measure because they have better absorption. Personally, this product did not help me.
