The Clage DEX 8/12 electronic instantaneous water heater heats water for hot water outlets and electronically adjusts its power according to the temperature and flow rate of the incoming water. Inverter technology helps maintain a constant temperature, while the remote control allows for remote adjustment and includes temperature memory settings.

The LCD displays the temperature, and settings are adjusted using touch controls. It can be connected to a solar water heater or boiler and installed in-line, making use of the lukewarm water supplied by them. It is suitable for use with reinforced single-phase power of 63 A or higher, or standard single-phase power when set to 8.8 kW.
