Pros: Good sound
Cons: The TalkThru function did not work, the store replaced my headphones and in the new ones the TalkThru function STILL did not work.
After about 2 years of moderate use, the battery runs out very quickly and I have seen this from other users as well.

As long as they last, and that will be only a few months from the box, they work perfectly. After that, their battery will just last a few minutes and then it will turn off.

Really, from what I read, everyone has the same problem. The battery lasts only 2 minutes, no exaggeration!!!

Very bad headphones while in the past I bought JBL other large ones and I still have them after 6 years. I got these and in one year I used them 10 times and the sound dropped from the left and the battery suddenly while I charge them fully, lasts 5 minutes for each headphone and they turn off from battery. The €108 I paid for them, honestly, I regret.

Quite good headphones. Long battery life. Having been quite troubled by headphones where one of the two would always stop working very quickly, these in particular I have had for almost a year and they are functional.

After a year of use, both the headphones and the case discharge in no time, even if you don't use them.

Unfortunately the same as most others. When I first bought them, they were the best headphones I have ever purchased, although I had complaints that the microphone picked up too many external sounds from my family.

11 months later, the left earbud lasts less than the right one (Even though I mainly used the right one for all 11 months) and also, it is a struggle to connect the left earbud to the phone when I open the case, and then it doesn't disconnect from the phone at all to charge in the case. And now lately the left earbud stops charging inside the case and connects to the phone even though it is sitting inside the case and was charging.

2 stars because for the first 8 months or so, they were the best headphones I have ever used in my life.

The same problems as others. While at first I would forget to charge them, now (~1.5 years later) they need charging twice a day. The usage is mainly 40 minutes in the morning and 40 in the afternoon on the way to/from work. The left one had some disconnections in the summer. Plugging and unplugging, opening and closing would fix it. Now it's September and the left one holds a maximum of 5 minutes battery from 100%. I put it back in the case for 5 minutes, it charges to 40%, 5 minutes later it's back to 0. They have never been dropped or mistreated. The sound could be a bit louder, but it's quality. During calls, they hear the environment more than you. I've been complained to that they could hear the train brakes while I was at the station. Like reverse noise cancellation. 2 stars. 1 for the large battery at first, and 1 for the good sound. Not worth more.

Unfortunately, the same problems as the others... The right earbud no longer works after 9 months of daily use. Battery same old issues...

Good sound quality but unfortunately the left earbud has an issue with many disconnections until it eventually stopped playing completely

I bought them on Dec. 22. After almost 9 months of daily use, mainly of the left earphone, the right one started to discharge quickly, after 5 minutes of taking it out of its case. Up until today, I exclusively use the left one, which works like new, while the right one goes from 100% to 20% in 2 minutes and disconnects from Bluetooth. I bought them for 75 euros, they are not worth more.

For their price, they are good, good sound quality. Usually, they don't turn off when you close the lid, and usually they don't charge, you have to make sure that the white light on the headset turns on to have a good chance. 9/10 times I close them from the app to be sure. The battery lasts them 5-6 hours at 80% volume. After a year, the left one lost a lot of its volume.

Great sound and bass, however the microphone during calls is not as strong as it should be. The active noise cancellation is perfect. The only problem I had with this pair is that it lasted barely 2 years as the left earphone stopped working.

I use them daily at work, for calls and at the gym for music since November 2022 and they haven't had any issues at all. The quality is excellent, as well as their battery life. Obviously you can find better headphones on the market, but not at this price!

Coming from Powerbeats Pro (very expensive), the JBL ones are by far better in every aspect.

17/04: Damn the moment I wrote this review...since then they started to break down...they don't connect, they don't charge...

The left earphone broke and after five minutes of talking, it sends charging notifications. JBL is unacceptable.

After a month of casual use, one of the earphones stopped charging. I searched and found some makeshift solutions that other users who had the same problem suggested online, but they only worked for a few days.
The left earphone continues to never fully charge, and after 10 minutes of use, it starts giving low battery warnings and eventually shuts down.
The most wasted money I have ever spent, especially on a branded product.

The store replaced my first pair because one earphone was not connecting.
The second pair had the same issue. Not worth it.
Average Noise Cancellation.

The sound is not particularly loud and in outdoor spaces, neither the bass nor the conversation can be heard well. You cannot make calls on public transportation.
The worst part is that after 6 months of frequent use, the battery gave up and now I can't make a call for even 10 minutes. I bought them for 100 euros and they are definitely not worth the money and certainly not durable.

Perfect sound in music, in speech I gave three stars for speech because you can't hear loudly, but in music, you hear just fine!

Left earbud stopped working after a few months , so I now only use the right one. However the sound quality is great, would not recommend.

Do not go and buy them. This. The worst thing I have ever bought in headphones. They never make contact with each other. One charges only. If you are lucky and they both play, one will not have a battery. Stay away. One star only for the sound.

The reviews speak and warn you. It seems that the defects are quite frequent, all having the same problem. This shows a flaw in their production and it is not random.

Their sound is slightly better than the classic cheap ones with a cable, but that's about it. I thought they cost around 30 euros before I heard their price.

Today I tried ANC buds from another brand of the same price and it was what I expected at this price. Putting these two side by side, you can clearly see the difference. They felt like a different category. The price says nothing about the quality.

It's a shame for a company like JBL, these things happen, everyone makes mistakes but it is the consumer's responsibility to do research and avoid possible surprises.

After 1 month of use, the right earphone did not turn off when closing the lid, it no longer charged, it was replaced and everything was fine. After 1 month, the same problem occurred again. It has good sound but useless software and construction, not worth it

Very nice headphones but in less than a year one of the earbuds disconnected. The bad thing is that there is no way to fix it and it needs to be replaced as a defective product. Luckily, the warranty is 2 years. I just started the replacement process through Skroutz and I will come back.

They have very good sound for their price, the big negative for me was that the left earbud does not charge enough, maybe it doesn't make good contact. While in the app it says that the left earbud has charged to 100% within 10 minutes, it drops to 10% and then turns off. They are not worth their price.

I bought them about 9 months ago, today I returned them to the store for a replacement because one of the two earphones stopped working, many times one of the two earphones wouldn't charge. The active noise cancellation was very good for me. In an office space, you could only hear very sudden loud sounds, like coughing. Not the chatter and noise from cars. However, after a while, my ear started to hurt a little there, so I had to take them off for a few minutes.

Also, the active noise cancellation only works when you're listening to music. It gets deactivated when you're talking on the phone.

It has good sound with excellent bass. The main problem is that the left earbud loses connection in the case and is not recognized by the Bluetooth from the first ten days of use. Unacceptable for JBL. It is going for replacement although I think it is a systematic defect of the product.

I recommend avoiding purchasing it
