The dietary supplement Multiple Fibre Formula by Solgar provides water-soluble dietary fibers from oat bran, apple pectin, grapefruit pectin, and non-water-soluble dietary fibers from flaxseed and psyllium husks. Useful in cases of constipation, weight control, diverticulitis, regulation of blood sugar levels, and high blood cholesterol. It binds heavy metals and protects against colon cancer.

In phytocapsules. Take 1-6 phytocapsules daily with a large glass of water (250ml) throughout the day, preferably away from meals. Suitable for vegans.

Instructions for use
