Very good budget UPS. However, it doesn't have flat feet, it wobbles with every slight movement of the desk. This can be fixed with a piece of plastic paper under one foot.
Update: It didn't last two years and broke down. When the power goes out, you hear loud, worrying "clank" sounds, instead of just the hum of the transformer.
Also, the battery is not at all easy to replace. You'd think it just slides out, but it doesn't come out, it requires serious disassembly.
