    It has much thinner walls!
    The safety valve is made of elastic material, probably rubber, fixed and hidden under the axis that tightens the lid, unlike previous models where it was in a prominent position, made of stainless steel and could be unscrewed and cleaned in case it got stuck from grease and oil!

It works like a charm (with countless uses) without any problems whatsoever. The only thing it needs every 5-7 years is a rubber replacement. Nothing else. You pay around 150 euros, but you have it for a lifetime! Buy it without fear!!

  • Before each use, ensure that the safety valve, release button, and pressure regulator valve are clean and functioning properly
  • Make sure the gasket is clean and properly placed on the lower inner rim of the lid
  • Carefully check inside the lid to ensure the safety valve is in good condition and can move freely
  • The recess of the pressure regulator valve located on the inner side of the lid should also be checked to ensure it is not blocked, using a sharp object
  • After each use, always clean the cooker with warm water and liquid detergent
  • Do not use strong or corrosive detergents, products containing bleach, or wire sponges
  • The main body of the cooker can be washed in the dishwasher, but not the lid
