    Θα σας πω κάτι πολύ σημαντικότερο που κάνει το Hydroxy Citrate σε σχέση με την υποβοήθηση στην απώλεια βάρους, βοηθάει στην διάλυση (θρυμματισμό) πετρών οξαλικού ασβεστίου στα νεφρά,
    το παίρνω τόσο για την μητέρα μου (έχει ένα νεφρό και το προσέχουμε σαν τα μάτια μας) όσο και
    για εμένα προληπτικά. Μαζί βέβαια με όλα τα άλλα που πρέπει να κάνουμε για να προσέχουμε τα νεφρά μας (2 λίτρα νερό την ημέρα, πράσινο τσάι, λεμόνι, κ.λ.π.), και για να μην νομίζετε ότι μιλάω στον αέρα ορίστε και ο σύνδεσμος με το σχετικό άρθρο για το:

    Λογω καραντινας πηρα 4 κιλα. Επελεξα αυτο το προιον οχι γιατι αμεσα ηθελα να χασω τα κιλα αλλα για να μειωθει η ορεξη κ γιατι (ενω ΠΟΤΕ δεν ειχα προβλημα) 1η φορα ανεβηκαν τα τριγλυκεριδια μου κ η κακη χοληστερίνη. Τωρα τελειωνω το 1ο μπουκαλι κ θα παρω σιγουρα 2ο! Τα θετικα του που με ενθουσιασαν : μειωσε την ορεξη και μειωσε την κυτταριτιδα μου που πραγματικά δεν το περιμενα!μολις τελειωσω κ το 2ο μπουκαλι κ κανω εξετασεις ευχομαι να δω καλο αποτέλεσμα Διατροφη: απλα δεν τρωω λιπαρα φαγητα για βραδυ κ περπαταω περισσότερο..
