The spirals are not included in the package. And not all spirals have the same dimension. We have to go around the plumbing stores to find them. They could have charged a bit more, not such a rip-off

PERFECT!!! Beautiful, convenient, and very VFM. Now, if some people had the shower button break... dude, in a store under €150 and uglier, you wouldn't have taken it... the button bothered you...

When I got it before it arrived, I thought it was cheap to be of good quality!! In the end, however, it is quite beautiful and I am also of good quality!!!

It was delivered without the spirals to make the connections, so we struggled to find the right ones. Also, its material is very sensitive; tightening it to secure it as much as possible in the sink, it is already cracked and hasn't secured properly (it wobbles)

Very good so far, but it might be small for large sinks like ours. The detachable sprayer with the spring definitely helps, but when you want to rinse large dishes like pots and pans, you have to keep them very close to the sides of the sink for the water to fall on them.

After a while, the button that changes the water flow stopped working and additionally reduced the water flow!!

I bought it on 14/9/2022. On the positive side, I would say it's a very stylish battery, the black color doesn't get stained with water salts, a plumber installed it for me, and it's very stable.
On the negative side, I would say that after a year, the switch that changes the water flow broke, resulting in me having it on one flow that I use the most without being able to change it according to my needs.
Update 22/5/2025 I uploaded the photos to show you how it looks after having it for so long. The black color has some wear in certain areas.

Its disadvantage is that it has no water pressure at all. It takes until the pot fills up vapareis just 5 ml.

Very good for the money, the only downside is that it cut my water pressure! Other than that, very functional and with a nice design

I have had it since March 2023 and so far I am very satisfied. It doesn't stain much for the black color and it is quite good quality for its value.

In the positives: aesthetically it is very beautiful and looks more expensive, and the flexible hose is very convenient for washing large trays, etc. All parts are metallic except for the nozzle (which is also the most problematic).

Negatives: after just 5 months of use, the nozzle started malfunctioning. It leaks water and the plastic button used to adjust the water in the shower does not work 100% well. And so far, we have not found a way to fix it. Also, due to its weight, I believe it would be better for placement on a granite countertop or sink, for example, because on the aluminum one we have, it slightly wobbles.

For a month now, they haven't sent me the base of the faucet for installation!!! At first, the package didn't even have it inside, and then they sent me another one that didn't fit... I'm still waiting
