The base broke when I pedaled backwards on the bike and the pedal found it (the pedal turns when you pedal backwards) and the poor quality metal alloy it has broke. Now it can't support the bike because the leg doesn't stabilize.
Before, I had a very similar one in appearance and quality that broke the same leg when weight was applied on it while it was extended (not the base like now).
Its screw is hexagonal but it's not convenient, it needs an Allen wrench to be screwed. I kept the old one.
In short, all of these have very poor quality metals and require attention to avoid making a mistake or careless movement because they break relatively easily.
Έσπασε η βάση του όταν έκανα "όπισθεν" το ποδήλατο και το πετάλι το βρήκε (γυρνάει το πετάλι όταν κάνεις όπισθεν) και έσπασε το κακό κράμα μετάλλου που έχει. Τώρα δεν μπορεί να στηρίξει το ποδήλατο γιατί το ποδαράκι δεν σταθεροποιείτε.
Πριν είχα ένα πολύ παρόμοιο σε εμφάνιση και ποιότητα που έσπασε το ίδιο το ποδαράκι του όταν ασκήθηκε βάρος πάνω του και ενώ ήταν απλωμένο (όχι η βάση του όπως τώρα).
Η βίδα του είναι 6γωνη αλλά δεν βολεύει θέλει Άλεν να βιδωθει. Κράτησα την παλιά.
Κοινώς αυτά ολα έχουν πολύ κακής ποιότητας μέταλλα και θέλουν προσοχή να μην κάνεις κάποιο λάθος ή άγαρμπη κίνηση γιατί σπάνε σχετικά εύκολα..
