The protective covers for the Schuko sockets had a broken mechanism and the plugs wouldn't go in, not even with force or 'tricks'. The Skroutz support replied with the cliché that safety Schuko sockets are hard by definition, and refused a product return. However, I knew that—it's one thing for them to be hard for children, and another for them not to open at all. I wouldn't shop from this company again, why should I risk it.
