The Keystone Iris baking pan is deep, round, and made of aluminum with a stone-effect non-stick interior coating. Aluminum conducts heat, helping food bake quickly and evenly. It has a rimmed edge for a secure grip and a sloped profile that allows it to be stacked.

Before first use, wash with warm water, dish soap, and a soft sponge. Before cooking for the first time, grease with a little oil or butter; this can be repeated periodically. Do not overheat when empty. To extend the life of the coating, use wooden, plastic, or silicone utensils, and do not cut food inside the pan with sharp utensils. It is dishwasher-safe, but hand-washing with dish soap and a soft sponge is recommended. Allow it to cool before washing with warm water, and do not leave food or liquids containing salt in it for long periods.
