To elaborate: I bought it (thankfully for me from the official representative). Everything was fine at first. Beautiful grind, aromas, nice exterior. What most people say is true. After a few months, while my behavior with the machine is excellent, I notice that it starts asking me to go down the grind scale more and more for the same coffee bean. The same thing continuously... At some point, as is logical, I reach the zero scale (1), the finest grind it could do for espresso, and again it was as coarse as French. My calls to the representative and the service they collaborate with are constant. I have made 3 videos to show them in detail (even the inside of the blades that are worn out), and the final result of how the coffee spills from the espresso machine. Terrible result. They ask me to send it at their expense, they keep it for a month in their workshop, and return it to me as "all good." I open it to grind coffee, the exact same result. I call, I get nowhere. I talk to the service and the technician who saw it, and without any intention of injustice towards them, it turned out that I know not only quite a bit more, but that I was dealing with people who have no idea about this subject, especially when the technician refers to the portafilter as a "spoon." I upload another video, wait just as long, phone calls of course only from my side... They are forced, in coordination with the representative abroad, to send me a replacement. I ask for an extension of the warranty, they flatly refuse regardless of whether I invoked the legislation, even for the months the grinder was in transit to workshops - courier, etc., not to be extended at all. Of course, I mentioned a lawyer and I await the result of my complaint. Why buy an expensive product that, for unknown reasons and without any explanation, malfunctions, the representative DOES NOT know why, and you are forced to throw it away as there is no diagnosis?
And I am not the only one who has experienced this; see another buyer in a similar review of the same grinder... for unknown reasons the same model has 3 different rating categories while it is one.

Firstly, as a device, it is sturdy for its size and nice in its appearance.
It has options for adjusting the grind (60 levels), from coarser for filter to finer for espresso. It also has the option with 10 additional levels for adjusting the blades inside the grinder easily. So, you have even more levels to adjust the grind according to your preferences.

Furthermore, you can also adjust the time to get the same amount of coffee if you have a consistent grind level, but also the ability to choose how many cups you want to make, so it adjusts the grinding time accordingly to produce more servings of coffee.

It also has a container for storing coffee (ground or whole beans) and bases where you can place your portafilter and with a push forward, press a button and it automatically starts grinding coffee inside it. It has two different bases for 50mm-54mm or 58mm portafilters.

Additionally, it doesn't make a lot of noise while grinding. Not more than a typical household espresso machine. It grinds relatively quickly, so you don't waste time. Cleaning it is easy. All you need is a brush to clean the blades. The top part of the blades is detachable and the 10 additional grind levels can be adjusted.
Moreover, it also has a safety feature where when you remove the container that holds the coffee beans, it displays a relevant message on the screen that it is unlocked and you cannot grind coffee until it is placed back. At the same time, it secures the container to prevent coffee beans from spilling. Obviously, when you want to clean the grinder, you should unplug it for your complete safety. Finally, it is good to clean it frequently, so that coffee residues from the beans do not remain inside, as they can affect the taste of a fresh coffee. Once every two weeks is fine if you don't make many cups of coffee daily.

In conclusion, it is a very good household machine to experiment with and achieve good results. It is necessary to have a grinder at home as it will significantly improve the quality of the coffee or beverages you drink, because an espresso machine alone is not enough and its performance is essentially lost if you use pre-ground coffee. Pre-ground coffee loses 50-70% of its characteristics 15-30 minutes after grinding, so with the exact same blend of coffee, you get a much better and higher quality result if it is freshly ground compared to pre-ground.

I have purchased the coffee grinder and as a professional in the coffee industry for 20 years, I have to say that if you have a proper espresso machine at home, with temperature control, correct pressure at 9-10 bar, metal parts, a water boiler and not a thermoblock, and a portafilter that can hold 15-18 grams of ground coffee, then go for it without hesitation and you will see the difference no matter what type of coffee you use. Spend a little more and get a proper machine and gradually invest in a good grinder. It's like having a Datsun and using premium gasoline! Now, as a grinder, it is worth its money, it has a nice design and it is very easy to use. It grinds a double dose of about 18 grams in about 13 seconds due to the small diameter of the blades, but this is not a problem. It grinds on demand without keeping ground coffee in the pathway, which means that each dose is freshly ground coffee without wasting any. Also, the coffee container closes tightly and automatically deactivates after 2 minutes. Additionally, it is very important to have the indication and the degree of grinding on the screen, so you can easily adjust the grind size for filter coffee without having to search for the previous setting. 5 stars and well-deserved
