  • For its price, it is top-notch. I bought it for around €25 and even at the current price I see of €40, I would still buy it. The only negative is that even with gain staging as high as possible without clipping, you have to have it very close to your mouth for it to pick up the intensity correctly, otherwise the sound is lost, but you get used to it. On the other hand, this makes it ideal for recordings in an apartment building, which is what I bought it for, since it hardly picks up anything from the surrounding area.

For its price, it sounds perfect. However, it is not perfect overall.
It has excellent build quality and comes with a Carrying Case.
For anything that does not have high demands and if you need a fairly sturdy microphone, it is a very good choice.

We knew it was dynamic, okay, but here we're talking about how you have to have it glued to your mouth... It doesn't record more than 5 centimeters away.

For the 28 euros I paid, it's worth it. I use it for vocals in the music I write. It has more bass than I need because I have a deep voice, but with a little EQ it can be easily adjusted. It's not as clear as the sm58 and emphasizes the mid-bass more, but for me, as an amateur with a limited budget, it's very good. I really like how sturdy it is, it shows a high-quality construction as we are used to from low-budget Behringer. I don't have the 114 euros needed to buy the sm58, so I am very satisfied that I can have this because it is much better than other cheap microphones that have come into my hands.

Honestly, when I bought it, I had my doubts.
I ended up with this one as I had to get a microphone with a zero budget at the time.
It has made me look good. 10+ live performances and one recording. It has taken falls, the net in front has been twisted, but this still stands.
It compares to microphones that cost 100 euros.
And in no way does it resemble most products of this specific company which are (let's be honest) mediocre.

    It's worth it and more!!!
It stands right next to AKG & SHURE and the differences are not even noticeable, really!
Sturdy construction, packaged in a durable case, crystal clear sound with great sensitivity!
It is used for live performances indoor/outdoor, I recommend it and I could also suggest an extra pop filter!

Finally, everyone was right in the evaluation..!! I bought it and it's worth every last euro.!! I have an expensive microphone in my possession that I paid 100 euros for (Sennheiser E-845S) and compared to the beringer, there is no comparison.! I am a musician and I have some experience, and I am thinking of getting another one because the inputs are a mess and there is a shortage of everything.!

I heard the comments and I bought it to see if it really does such a good job and it's truly incredible. Even though it doesn't have an on/off button, it didn't bother me at all and it doesn't distort or anything. It's very cheap considering what it offers! Respect

I really didn't know that such a relatively cheap microphone (20-25 Euros) could have such quality in every aspect. The good comments you see are simply true and even more so for the price. I use it as a microphone for my computer through a console. Given that many people use microphones for the same job that cost 80-100 Euros, there is simply no reason as this one exists and I believe it easily matches other products worth 80+ Euros in terms of quality. I now have my favorite company when it comes to sound as I have several other Behringer products that are perfectly characterized by the phrase "value for money". I recommend it with closed eyes.

Edit: I forgot to mention that despite the fact that it only costs 20-25 Euros and is perfect, it also comes in its own compact case with protective "cushions" (I don't know their correct name).

Does anyone need to comment on this incredible microphone?!!

I bought it for testing after all the good comments and reviews I saw, and it really is ridiculously good quality for ONLY €20!!
It easily competes with microphones that cost twice as much...

Very good microphone, I combine it with the Ibiza Sound Mix500 (mixer) which is almost at the same price, along with a 3€ XLR cable and a 2€ RCA cable, and an adapter, but there are also RCA to headphone jack adapters and you can plug it into your computer/mobile phone, but the mobile phone needs a headphone adapter and a microphone in polyphonic mode to work and it sounds very nice

It is an amazing microphone considering its quality-price ratio. I use it for livestreams, voice-overs, music records, and musical events (it has never let me down in any of these)! In conclusion, apart from the fact that it doesn't have an on/off button, it has a full sound (especially in vocals). Additionally, it is very durable due to its metal construction, so you don't have to worry about it falling. The only thing for sure is that it is worth its money!

For the money, it is truly amazing and easily compares to microphones over 100€. Previously, I had a decent Thompson around the same price, and I can say that the Behringer is much better. It has very good sound and as a construction, it is very good.

I believe that for its price, it is the best you can get that combines quality and good construction. I have it connected to a Lexicon sound card for recordings. I have had it for 1 year now and I am very satisfied. I would recommend it without hesitation.

There is no need for anyone to buy a Shure SM58 when this one costs 1/5 of the price and has better sound, better gain, better frequency response, and better, more robust construction. The rest of you can stick with the name Behringer.

I bought it mainly because I read so many good reviews.
As soon as I tried it, I was amazed!
    Construction, durability, sound, all excellent.
I use it both in the studio and live, and it easily competes with microphones that are twice or three times the price.
If you tell someone how much it's worth, they won't believe you, the only negative thing is that it doesn't have an On/Off button.
Buy it with your eyes closed!

I bought it in August 2017 for 18 euros and it is really excellent. In combination with the Behringer UM-2 Euphoria USB interface and some OBS sound filters, its sound quality easily compares to that of expensive Blue microphones. I use it almost daily for streaming and I am completely satisfied.

    Positive:
    1. Metal construction (even if I throw it down and hit it, it doesn't get damaged)
    2. Crystal clear sound (with proper power supply - not phantom power)
    3. Doesn't pick up background noise as it is dynamic and has a cardioid polar pattern

    Negative:
    1. Mine came with a cut grounding cable (bought it from Amazon), but I was able to fix it myself

The microphone is awesome, with a full metal construction that I think if I buy it and throw it against the wall, it will still work. The sound is unbeatable for 23 euros... in my opinion, it has the same quality and performance as the sure sm85, which costs around 100 euros. I highly recommend it. I paired it with a Behringer Xenyx502 console.

4 years later, the microphone is still like new. It hasn't shown any problems.

Just buy it, words are unnecessary

The microphone, for the capabilities it has in relation to its price, is simply a perfect gift! It easily competes with other microphones that are twice the price or more.

I have it for 6 months.
It is worth the money and more.
    VERY DURABLE.
    NICE AND CLEAR SOUND.

The only complaint I have is that it doesn't have an on/off button, which of course may not bother someone else at all. SIMPLY NOT SUITABLE FOR LIVE USE.

  • For its price, it sounds perfect. However, it is not perfect overall.
It has excellent build quality and comes with a Carrying Case.
For anything that does not have high demands and if you need a fairly sturdy microphone, it is a very good choice.

  • We knew it was dynamic, okay, but here we're talking about how you have to have it glued to your mouth... It doesn't record more than 5 centimeters away.

  • For the 28 euros I paid, it's worth it.

  • Honestly, when I bought it, I had my doubts.
