It was miraculous from the start. Quiet, it collected a lot of water 2 or 3 times a day, worked quickly, and noticeably changed the temperature by at least 2 degrees. The environment was now comfortable even without heating.
But... after 2 months of operation, it started leaking a little water underneath, and we had to mop, so we couldn't put it wherever we wanted. The following year (that is, after 7–8 months of operation), it started acting up. It kept running even when the humidity exceeded the level we had set (50%), and every 2nd or 3rd time we turned it on, it leaked quite a lot of water underneath... We weren't able to take it to the store where we bought it or to the authorized service center, even though it was still under warranty. So we're looking to buy another dehumidifier from scratch.
In the end, dehumidifiers save homes and are incredibly useful, so yes, we'll buy one again. But I hesitate to get this one again
