Remove the device FIRST from the power and then from the battery. With the crocodile clips on the battery, we can monitor its voltage and how quickly it drops to understand if our battery has a serious issue, such as not holding a charge for long.

The charger does not have any setting for the maximum desired charging current, which should normally be limited to 1/10 of the capacity in Ah. In my case, it charged a 6Ah battery with a current of 3A instead of 0.6A as it should have. This causes overheating (>45 degrees Celsius), and if left unattended, the battery will "boil" or even explode.

Το χρησιμοποιώ 8μηνες τώρα για συντήρηση της μπαταρίας του αυτοκινήτου που είναι και start-stop. Εύκολο στη χρήση, με οθονιτσα που δείχνει αρκετές πληροφορίες όπως ποσοστό φόρτισης, θερμοκρασια κτλ. Η μπαταρία μου είναι 6χρονων (η εργοστασιακή) και αφού τη φορτίσεις νιώθεις τη διαφορά (σκάει πιο δυνατά και παίρνει μπροστά αμέσως) άρα όντως τη φορτίζει. Για τα λεφτά του άριστα! Δεν κανει για μπαταρία λιθιου αν έχετε.

Στα λεφτά αυτά είναι μια χαρά, έχει ενδείξεις για το τι θέλεις να φορτίσεις, πχ μηχανή, αυτοκίνητο κτλ και αναγνωρίζει αυτόματα την τάση και το είδος της μπαταρίας. Τα δύο αστέρια κόβονται διότι τα καλώδια από τις επαφές είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά με αποτέλεσμα να μην κάθεται εύκολα ο φορτιστής σε σημείο που να σε βολεύει ώστε να κλείσεις το καπό αφού τον συνδέσεις ή να κλείσεις τη σέλα στη μηχανή για να μην την αφήσεις ανοιχτή να σκονίζεται.
Good charger. With the repair function, you can "boil" the battery that with another charger just showed 100% and did nothing. But with the wrong connection, it burned out immediately. The capacitor blew. It doesn't seem to have any type of fuse like a bulb

The charger does not have any setting for the maximum desired charging current, which should normally be limited to 1/10 of the capacity in Ah. In my case, it charged a 6Ah battery with a current of 3A instead of 0.6A as it should have. This causes overheating (>45 degrees Celsius), and if left unattended, the battery will "boil" or even explode.
Ο φορτιστής δεν έχει κάποια ρύθμιση για το μέγιστο επιθυμητό ρεύμα φόρτισης, το οποίο κανονικά πρέπει να περιορίζεται στο 1/10 της χωρητικότητάς σε Ah. Σε εμένα φόρτιζε μπαταρία 6Αh με ραύμα 3Α αντί για 0.6Α όπως θα έπρεπε. Αυτό προκαλεί υπερθέρμανση (>45 βαθμούς Κελσίου), και αν αφεθεί χωρίς συνεχή επιτήρηση η μπαταρία θα "βράσει" ή ακόμα και θα εκραγεί.

Ο δικος μου εχει το κοκκινο χρωμα. Κανένα πρόβλημα, λειτουργεί αψογα! Ειδικα σε μπαταρια νεας τεχνολογιας AGM, που τα συστηματα φορτισης των αυτοκινητων πριν το 2019 τις φορτιζουν μετα βιας στα 12,6V με τον φορτιστη σε λιγότερο απο 4 ωρες την φθάνει στα 12,9-13,0V. Απολυτα ικανοποιημενος με αγορα 13€ συν τα μεταφορικά.
Note: the red version is also up to 6A. It can restore the battery if the charge has dropped. However, if more than 5 years have passed since the battery was manufactured, it won't work miracles.
The repair function will 'send' current in pulses to break any salts inside, gaining a bit of capacity. On a 5-year-old YUASA, it gave a little more life and the repair process lasted about 3 hours in this case. The battery had been left uncharged for about 3 months and at temperatures of ~15-20 degrees. Cold plays a huge role, so in winter make sure to maintain your batteries. Remove the device FIRST from the power and then from the battery. With the crocodile clips on the battery, we can monitor its voltage and how quickly it drops to understand if our battery has a serious issue, such as not holding a charge for long.
The only negative is the short cable and the hard-to-read indicators (in red) in a dark room. You can't see which mode you've set. But for €13, it is an essential accessory.
Σημείωση: και η κόκκινη έκδοση είναι μέχρι 6A. Μπορεί να επαναφέρει την μπαταρία εάν έχει πέσει η φόρτιση. Εάν όμως έχουν περάσει 5 χρόνια από την κατασκευή της μπαταρίας δε θα κάνει θαύματα.
Η λειτουργία repair θα 'στείλει' ρεύμα με ριπές για να σπάσει τυχόν άλατα στο εσωτερικό κερδίζοντας λίγο σε χωρητικότητα. Σε YUASA 5 χρονών έδωσε λίγη ακόμα ζωή και η διαδικασία του repair κράτησε περίπου 3 ώρες στην περίπτωησ αυτή. Η μπαταρία είχε μείνει αφόρτιστη περίπου 3 μήνες και σε θερμοκρασίες ~15-20 βαθμούς. Το κρύο παίζει τεράστιο ρόλο οπότε τον χειμώνα κάντε συντήρηση των μπαταριών σας. Άφαιρούμε τη συσκευή ΠΡΩΤΑ από το ρεύμα και μετά από τη μπαταρία. Με τα κροκοδειλάκια επάνω στην μπαταρία μπορούμε να παρακολουθήσουμε την τάση της, και το πόσο γρήγορα πέφτει για να καταλάβουμε εάν η μπαταρία μας έχει κάποιο σοβαρό θέμα, όπως πχ. δεν κρατάει τη φόρτιση για πολλή ώρα.
Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι το κοντό καλώδιο και οι δυσανάγνωστες ενδείξεις (με κόκκινο) σε σκοτεινό δωμάτιο. Δεν βλέπεις ποιο mode έχεις βάλει. Για 13€ όμως είναι απαραίτητο αξεσουάρ.
Quite satisfied with the battery, 1.4 liter car, it was 2 years old and due to inactivity it dropped to zero. With 4 hours of charging it went to 40% and started. Then I charged it for another 8 hours and it went to 80%. Value for money.

I have been using it for 8 months now to maintain my car's battery, which is also start-stop. Easy to use, with a small screen that shows plenty of information such as charging percentage, temperature, etc. My battery is 6 years old (the factory one) and after charging it you can feel the difference (it starts more powerfully and fires up immediately), so it really does charge it. Excellent for its price! It is not suitable for lithium batteries if you have one.
