A truly good and value-for-money cooler. In combination with a Ryzen 5 5600g, under 100% load with a CPU stress test for 2 hours, the processor did not exceed 68°C with noise levels remaining extremely low due to the quiet yet efficient fan.

Visually, the cooler is simply beautiful. It connects to a 3-pin 5v header as it is ARGB, so check first if your motherboard has such a header. In case it doesn't, it's worth noting that there is also a version available with a 4-pin 12v for owners of older motherboards. Additionally, if you want the ARGB feature and your motherboard doesn't have the header, Arctic sells a separate ARGB controller for this purpose.

Inside the package, apart from the cooler, you will find a controller for color changes, the mounting system, and an Arctic Mx-5 Thermal Paste, which is quite good although some issues have been reported regarding certain "Bad batches". However, personally, I did not encounter any problems, but it's good to be aware of it. As for the controller, it works flawlessly, providing the user with various options besides color changes, such as reducing or increasing the RPM.

The mounting was generally easy, with the only exception being the point where the cooler needs to be screwed onto the processor's brackets with 2 screws, which simply requires a little extra effort. Also, don't be afraid to tighten the screws completely as Arctic has taken care of this and does not allow them to be tightened more than necessary. Finally, you won't have any issues with your RAM either, as the cooler is of a normal size and does not cover any RAM slots.

In conclusion, the cooler comes with a 6-year warranty, which indicates Arctic's reliability in the cooling industry and the trust it has in its products, including this model.

It was a bit difficult to screw in the two support screws due to their position in relation to the heatsink.

At the price of 32 euros, it was a very good choice to switch from my mother's AMD cooler that my Ryzen 5 5600G has, because I bought a Sapphire Pulse Radeon Rx6600. I saw temperature differences of about 7-10 degrees idle and 15-18 degrees in 2K games, which are very CPU bound. Its installation was very easy and without removing the motherboard from the case. It came with all the necessary things for its placement (and with Arctic MX5 thermal paste). It is quite bulky but it does its job well. It does not obstruct the placement of RAM at all because it is elevated, so it requires a deep case (160mm + to be comfortable). The only downsides I can find are that it does not have a 0rpm mode and that if the fan breaks, it cannot be replaced because the fan is integrated into the plastic exterior of the cooler.

I ran Cinebench with the processor mentioned above and with the fan at maximum speed, which is 1700rpm, and I did not see temperatures above 60 degrees with overclocking from 3.9GHz to a stable 4.4GHz. There will be another update because I have ordered a new processor (Ryzen 7 5800x with 105W TDP) to let you know the temperatures we are dealing with.

New cooler from the highest quality Arctic and I am completely satisfied with my purchase at 44€ where I found it ready for delivery!!
It fit comfortably in a Be Quiet 500DX (but be careful because the cooler is "angled") to cool a hot Ryzen 5600x!! First of all, besides the very mediocre cooling that the Stock cooler of the 5600 does, it was also quite noisy.. Putting the Arctic on top, you immediately feel the difference in the truly dead silence of the case, opening Windows and Ryzen Master or Afterburner you immediately see almost 8-10 degrees difference in idle, specifically now with the Arctic I have 28-31 degrees in idle condition.. In game now and specifically in Warzone which is a relatively demanding game, with almost all settings on High and resolution 1440 the processor was playing from 65-71 degrees without going up at all, at this time the Arctic fan started doing what it was paid for and it did it in a very calm way and without unnecessary noise!! Needless to say, if you wear a headset while gaming, you don't hear anything at all!!
The installation is a piece of cake even for a beginner! Very easy and it has some brackets that elevate it so that it doesn't have any contact with the RAM that is right next to it!
Attention to those who have older motherboards that do not support the specific RGB panel of the cooler, you will need an Arctic RGB controller like I did!
