Description & Specifications

Non-stick kitchen pressure cooker, set with glass lid and Lotan non-stick coating. Handle made of durable PVC, with resistance to temperatures up to 240º C.

Multiple Coating

Layer of cast aluminum 9-10mm, which evenly distributes the temperature and prevents it from quickly reaching the surface, sticking the food. The second coating is made of titanium plasma, which adheres to the aluminum and prevents even sharp objects from penetrating. The third layer is chromium-plated steel, which acts as an antibacterial. The penultimate layer is ceramic and enhances non-stick properties. The final layer is LOTAN. It is made of river sand which is heated to 700 degrees and applied on top of the ceramic. This way, nothing negative enters the food in case of scratches on the surface. Additionally, any impact or scratch remains in that spot and does not open up like with previous generation coatings.

Durable Handles

The handles are made of advanced PVC which not only does not alter with washes, but also withstands temperatures up to 240 degrees Celsius, making it possible to use them even in the oven.

User Instructions

  • Before each use, make sure that the safety valve, the sealing button, and the pressure adjustment valve are clean and functioning properly
  • Make sure that the gasket is clean and properly positioned on the inner lower lip of the lid
  • Carefully check inside the lid to ensure that the safety valve is in good condition and can move freely
  • The indentation of the pressure adjustment valve located on the inner side of the lid should also be checked to ensure that it is not blocked, using a sharp object
  • After each use, always clean the cooker with warm water and liquid detergent
  • Do not use strong or corrosive detergents, products containing chlorine, or wire sponges
  • The main body of the cooker can be washed in the dishwasher, but not the lid
