I have made dough for bread and pizza several times so far (not even a 5-minute beating at medium speed, as if it's dough from a pizzeria!), of course now that I made tsoureki twice, the truth is that it struggled a bit, it got hot but it coped perfectly in the end. Okay, it's not a bakery dough mixer for mass production, it's an excellent quality home mixer.
The screen it has is for weighing, but also for timing. It's very convenient.
Now, as for the volume that I gave a negative review about, my kitchen is small and I have limited space, so it takes up quite a bit of volume. Okay, I knew what I was buying, it's not the mixer's fault.

The only complaint is that it only comes with 2 accessories in the package (if you pay attention to the details on the packaging foam, you will see that the manufacturer has provided spaces for other accessories, but in our country - only ??? - they are missing... and you have to buy the rest, which are not very cheap but are of excellent quality). Advice: Buy a glass jug (around 80€ cost for enthusiasts, there is also a much cheaper plastic one of course) from Greece, from the exceptional responsive dealership, somewhere in Argos (google it and you will find it... I won't give details to avoid being considered advertising) as the price is the same as abroad. It may be worth looking into the rest. Also, you need to make sure the stainless steel drum "clicks" because otherwise (for safety reasons of course) the device will not work. My wife (and I) fell for it because we thought it was broken, after just 1 month of use... I read the manual in detail and there was a note that drew attention to the sound of the "click" when placing the drum, and as soon as we did it correctly, it worked perfectly. Okay, it's not a bakery dough mixer for mass production, it's an excellent quality home mixer.
The screen it has is for weighing, but also for timing. It's very convenient.
Now, as for the volume that I gave a negative review about, my kitchen is small and I have limited space, so it takes up quite a bit of volume. Okay, I knew what I was buying, it's not the mixer's fault.
I would say it's a very good choice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Πολύ δυνατό μηχάνημα. Εξαιρετική, ποιοτική κατασκευή. Έφτιαξα ως τώρα αρκετές φορές ζύμη ψωμιού και πίτσας (ούτε 5' χτύπημα σε μέτρια ταχύτητα, λες και είναι ζύμη από πιτσαρία!), βέβαια τώρα που έκανα δύο φορές τσουρέκι η αλήθεια είναι πως ζορίστηκε λιγάκι, ζεστάθηκε αλλά ανταπεξήλθε άψογα εν τέλη. Εντάξει, δεν είναι και ζυμωτήριο φούρνου για μαζική παραγωγή, ένα εξαιρετικής ποιότητας οικιακό μίξερ είναι.
Η οθόνη που έχει είναι για ζύγισμα, αλλά και για χρονομέτρηση. Βολεύει πάρα πολύ.
Τώρα όσον αφορά τον όγκο που έβαλα αρνητική κριτική, η κουζίνα μου είναι μικρή και έχω περιορισμένο χώρο, οπότε πιάνει αρκετό όγκο. Εντάξει, ήξερα βέβαια τι αγόραζα, δεν φταίει το μίξερ.
Μια πολύ καλή επιλογή θα έλεγα. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Excellent choice. Immortal 1200W motor (10-year warranty...). Very user-friendly machine with multiple capabilities. My wife is thrilled with the features it offers. The only complaint is that it only comes with 2 accessories in the package (if you pay attention to the details on the packaging foam, you will see that the manufacturer has provided spaces for other accessories, but in our country - only ??? - they are missing... and you have to buy the rest, which are not very cheap but are of excellent quality). Advice: Buy a glass jug (around 80€ cost for enthusiasts, there is also a much cheaper plastic one of course) from Greece, from the exceptional responsive dealership, somewhere in Argos (google it and you will find it... I won't give details to avoid being considered advertising) as the price is the same as abroad. It may be worth looking into the rest. Also, you need to make sure the stainless steel drum "clicks" because otherwise (for safety reasons of course) the device will not work. My wife (and I) fell for it because we thought it was broken, after just 1 month of use... I read the manual in detail and there was a note that drew attention to the sound of the "click" when placing the drum, and as soon as we did it correctly, it worked perfectly. German solidity and reliability. It is worth every penny, this kitchen machine
Εξαιρετική επιλογή. Αθάνατο μοτερ 1200W (10 χρόνια εγγύηση...). Πολύ εύχρηστο μηχάνημα με πολλαπλές δυνατότητες. Η γυναίκα μου ξετρελλάθηκε με τις δυνατότητες που της προσφέρονται. Μόνο παράπονο, οτι έχει μόνο 2 εξαρτήματα στη συσκευασία (αν προσέξετε τις λεπτομέρειες στα φελιζόλ της συσκευασίας, θα διαπιστώσετε οτι ο κατασκευαστής έχει προβλέψει χώρους και για άλλα εξαρτήματα αλλά στην χώρα μας - μονο ??? - αυτά λείπουν... και πρέπει να αγοράσεις τα υπόλοιπα, τα οποία δεν είναι και πολύ φθηνά αλλά είναι εξαιρετικής ποιότητας). Συμβουλή: Γυάλινη κανάτα (γύρω στα 80€ κόστος για μερακλήδες, υπάρχει και πολύ φθηνότερη πλαστική βέβαια) αγοράστε απο Ελλάδα, από την αντιπροσωπεία εξαιρετικής ανταπόκρισης, κάπου στο Άργος (γκουγκλάρετε και θα την βρείτε... δεν δίνω λεπτομέρειες για να μην θεωρηθεί διαφήμιση) καθότι η τιμή είναι ίδια με του εξωτερικού. Τα υπόλοιπα συμφέρει ίσως να τα ψάξετε. Επίσης, πρέπει να προσέχετε να κάνει "κλικ" ο ανοξείδωτος κάδος, γιατί αλλιώς (για λόγους ασφαλείας βέβαια) δεν λειτουργεί η συσκευή. Την "πάτησε" η γυναίκα μου (και εγώ μαζί) γιατί νομίζαμε οτι χάλασε, μετά από μόλις 1 μήνα χρήσης... Διάβασα αναλυτικά το εγχειρίδιο και υπήρχε επισήμανση που εφιστούσε την προσοχή στον ήχο του "κλικ" κατά την τοποθέτηση του κάδου και μόλις το κάναμε σωστά, λειτουργούσε κανονικότατα. Γερμανική στιβαρότητα και αξιοπιστία. Αξίζει με το παραπάνω τα χρήματά της, αυτή η κουζινομηχανάρα
