I never expected it, everything the previous reviewers say is true. Fries in 10', souvlaki in 10-13'. Zero to two teaspoons of oil. Its non-stick interior is incredible, it cleans easily and quickly without unnecessary effort or time. The grills really do their job, it cooks souvlaki and steaks from below as well, so I finally don't need to shake them. The synch function is incredibly convenient, you get both dishes hot, though it takes a little time to learn how long each food needs. That is, one drawer may need an extra 3-4' and the other none at all. Still, it's good that it's there. The fries are amazing. The meat is juicy without any trace of drying out. I advise those who get it to clean the baskets 20 minutes after use, once they've cooled down, so the drawers don't lose their non-stick properties. Go ahead without fear, wonderful machine, I finally eat healthy without oil and quickly.

The best thing: in one I put meat and in the other potatoes or vegetables. Perfect roasting from beef to anything, it's the joy of the gym-goer and not only. Simple to use, you find the times and just set it to cook and in 20 minutes at most you eat, very convenient. THE BEST FRIES WITHOUT OIL!!!!

Excellent device. It cooks perfectly and much faster compared to another brand we had before. Easy to use and clean. The only negative is the relatively low quality of the exterior plastics, which of course does not affect its operation.

Very good machine and the sync + match functions are very useful when you cook different foods or the same food in both baskets.. The only reason for the 3 stars is the small capacity of the baskets.

I previously had an AEG which could easily fit a whole chicken of 1.5-2 kilos while now the Ninja cannot fit it, you have to cut it in half and put half in each basket.

It is a very good air fryer. I have avoided using the frying pan. It does what it promises. The only drawback is the noise when it starts or stops or when you want to check the food, it whistles very loudly. Of course, how much this bothers someone is relative.

I am at 10 months of use almost daily. It is one of my best purchases. I mainly grill meat on it, the thermometer is an amazing addition, the meat comes out perfect! Cleaning is easy, it has plenty of space for food for 3-4 people and many synchronization settings for the baskets etc. etc

In general, the height doesn't really help, if you are choosing an airfryer look at the dimensions of the base and not the height or just the liters... e.g. 15*20 base for 5 liters, 12*19 for 6 liters.... so the 6-liter one is smaller... in the airfryer you have to spread things out otherwise it doesn't cook properly.

Excellent product. The only "problem" is that the times in the leaflet and the foods do not fully correspond to the correct time nor to the Greek range of foods. It needs an addition for the Greek market. Otherwise, experimentation is needed.

Absolutely satisfied. Large baskets (fits a 2kg chicken). You can cook 2 dishes at the same time, changing times and temperatures whenever you want. Easy to use. It takes a little time and you need to keep an eye on it until you learn the times and temperatures for each food, because it cooks faster than a conventional oven. Get a spray to spray a little oil on the food you cook, for extra flavor and crispiness. A thermometer for meats is also essential. Only this way will you know for sure if it is properly cooked inside, neither raw nor dry.

I got this fryer from Evragora Xydas in Thessaloniki. Unfortunately, I discovered after five days of having it at home and not opening it, that when I did open it, it was broken. Very good although you can't put large pieces that would fit in a common bin. You need to try different methods and cooking times.

Noticed it was cracked after we wanted to clean the bin from the first use. Damage is from inside towards out, proof we did not damage it, otherwise the metal would bend inwards and not like this. The other bin handle is perfectly fine though. Overall very good machine, bjt was delivered faulty :/

Its strong point is the thermometer. I made the juiciest chicken using it. But on the third use, the thermometer's readings went haywire. It needs communication for repair or replacement. That's why minus 1 star

In the end, air fryers are a dud. Essentially, they have one (or two in this case) heating elements and a fan. Yes, they cook faster but they don't do anything that your oven can't do on the air setting (except that obviously the oven is more energy-consuming and for larger quantities). In short, my point is that air fryers are not something special like microwaves, for example, which redefined cooking and speed. Therefore, for me, it simply made it to the list of indifferent trends. Additionally, this particular model has two baskets, but be careful: if you fill them, you'll need to keep an eye on them for stirring more often, otherwise the bottom ones will "boil" and the top ones will burn. A better option would be a single, large basket where you can "spread out" what you want to cook (there are some air fryers like that).

Nice first experience with air fryers, not something miraculous, but if you take the time to learn it, I think you won't part with it. Very convenient in the end with the 2 baskets. Each one barely fits a small chicken, of course, but if you cut it up, then it will be better. The chicken turned out fantastic, it was well-cooked on the outside and crunchy while being soft and juicy on the inside. The fries were also perfect with very little oil. If you are cooking large pieces like turkeys, lamb, etc., prefer the single large basket. I prefer the 2 baskets; in one, I put chicken, and in the other, fries without mixing smells, etc. Also, the 2 small baskets empty, shake, and wash more easily.
