The Metrica M61114 laser distance meter measures distances up to 50 m, as well as areas and volumes. It features two lasers, one at the front and one at the back, for dual measurements, and instantly calculates the sum of the two measurements. It also supports two Pythagorean functions for indirect measurement and an inclinometer mode that displays angles on the screen.

The four-line display is backlit and features an automatic rotation function. Continuous measurement displays the minimum and maximum values, while the 50 memory slots store measurements. It is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and comes with a case and wrist strap.

    A product exclusively for indoor use.
    Positive points are its small size, it is very compact and... can go anywhere, and the fact that you can take double measurements, which is very helpful when measuring height.
    Negative points are the build quality, inconvenient buttons, and... when it gets "stuck" (which happens frequently), you can't do anything. You have to wait for the battery to drain in order to recharge it and start over until the next "stuck" moment.
    You can forget about the promised 50m range... both indoors and outdoors.
