    Very effective indeed but also very uncomfortable to swallow, though. Eviol is an excellent brand. I will continue to prefer it but not for magnesium.

    I think it worked for 2 months that I had it. To some extent, it helped me sleep, instead of making me fall asleep for an hour, it would take me for example half an hour. And in the cramp that I had like a "ball" moving back and forth.. it calmed me down.. since a week has passed since I ran out and I don't drink, the discomfort in the cramp returns.
