No one could help me, and just as I was getting ready to return it as defective, a photo and a comment here from Kostas_Kalafatakis6326 saved me! Good product and it does indeed connect with the Xiaomi tv box 2 that I have. It is not ready for use immediately because it works with Bluetooth and not with infrared like most others. To make it easier for you... keep it close to the tv box and press for a few seconds simultaneously the two buttons that are in the red frames in the photo and immediately a window will appear showing that the connection is being made.

Xiaomi doesn't make the most high-quality products, but certainly the original remote control is much better than this one.
The biggest problem is the delay, which isn't even consistent! You press a button 1-2 or 3 times and you don't know if it registered or if the response is just delayed, resulting in the next screen registering the second press and causing chaos!
And believe me, when you press any button, THE WHOLE neighborhood hears it! I don't know how they managed this, but they combined a remote control with a firecracker! So why 2 stars? Because there aren't that many alternatives! So, not this one!

Its packaging was correct.. I had a very hard time syncing it, but eventually I managed to do it.

Works great, it would have five stars if it came with a user manual so we wouldn’t have to look for instructions in the reviews (without those it would never work, by the way: Thanks!)

It lost a star because the ON-OFF button does not respond.
Δουλεύει μια χαρά, θα είχε πέντε αστεράκια αν συνοδευόταν από user manual ώστε να μην χρειαζόταν να ψάχνουμε οδηγίες στις αξιολογήσεις (χωρίς αυτές δεν θα δούλευε ποτέ, by the way: Ευχαριστούμε!)

Έχασε ένα αστεράκι, γιατί δεν ανταποκρίνεται το κουμπί ON-OFF.
It arrived without Greek instructions for use and I struggled for weeks to connect it. No one could help me, and just as I was getting ready to return it as defective, a photo and a comment here from Kostas_Kalafatakis6326 saved me! I did exactly what it said and it immediately worked perfectly. Many thanks to the commenter!
Ήρθε χωρίς Ελληνικές οδηγίες χρήσης και παιδεύτηκα για εβδομάδες να το συνδέσω. Κανένας δε μπορούσε να με βοηθήσει κι ενώ ετοιμαζόμουν να το επιστρέψω ως χαλασμένο, μία φωτογραφία κι ένα σχόλιο εδώ από τον Kostas_Kalafatakis6326, μ' έσωσε! Έκανα ό,τι γράφει κι αμέσως λειτούργησε άριστα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ τον σχολιαστή!
Worked easily. Works well. The buttons require a firm press and it has a slightly shorter range than the original. Still, it got the job done
Συνεργάστηκε εύκολα. Δουλεύει καλά. Χρειάζεται έντονο πάτημα στα κουμπιά και έχει λίγο μικρότερη εμβέλεια από το αυθεντικό. Κάναμε τη δουλειά μας πάντως
