Wasted money, you can't get more wasted than this!!!! From the moment we got it, it kept shutting off even though it was charged. Unfortunately, we had thrown away the box and couldn't return it, only replace it with the same one. Just don't buy it!!!! If there were zero stars, that's what I would give it!

I am very satisfied with this purchase. We did not encounter the bug that others mention. Okay, it might lose the time now and then, but if you connect it with the app you can restore it. Obviously, the app does not work perfectly, you need to fiddle with it a bit and have patience, but it is an affordable solution for a kids' smart watch. We bought the blue one as well and my comment applies to both.

A year after my daughter has it, I noticed the following: the battery lasts about 2 days, every time I charged it, the time would reset and it would disconnect, so I had to reconnect it from the beginning, and finally, now it has stopped charging, and because of the special charger it has (not the typical type c etc.), the watch is now useless. On the plus side, it is easy to use for a child, lightweight, and resistant to scratches.

Very good watch for the child. The step indicators and heart rate are accurate compared to a branded smart watch.
On the downside, the VeryFit app is problematic. It doesn't connect easily and often says it is unresponsive and needs to be terminated.
However, when it manages to connect, sleep indicators, step counting, calories, and heart rates are accurate.

We cannot set the time. It should be done in a very obvious and user-friendly way and not require us to download an app on our phone! In any case, this should have been stated in the specifications so that we know it in advance.

Unacceptable, stay away. Besides the fact that the time gets messed up, it also has this annoying issue with the rocket that needs to be completely discharged to detach, instead of bringing us joy, this watch brought us a lot of tears. Straight to recycling and onto the next one, a different brand, of course.

We bought the watch in December 2022. Besides the other issues mentioned regarding incorrect time display, disalignment, and a battery that needs charging almost every day, the strap started deteriorating quite quickly. As a result, after ten months, it broke both at the buckle and in the attachment of the strap to the watch. The customer service and spare parts are nonexistent.

The most useless thing on the market and unacceptable zero service. Don't buy it!! You will disappoint your children who will think they have a watch. It constantly freezes and throws out this rocket and you have to wait for the battery to die to try again. You constantly lose time, you try to synchronize it with your phone to change the background and it throws out the rocket. I sent it to the dealership and after two months they were playing Chinese with it. The store where I bought it replaced it on their own initiative. But the new one turned out to be useless again!! I'm tired of seeing my child disappointed with this "watch". Stay away!!!

Unfortunately, it constantly crashes when changing the background photo and it doesn't have many features. It is lightweight, but it doesn't accurately count the steps, meaning it misses some steps.

I don't remember ever buying a more unacceptable product!
It comes with the wrong set time and there is no way to correct it, unless you install an app on your phone, which refuses to start unless it knows your location and if you don't register with email, biometrics, etc. All this just for a little child to see the time.
But it doesn't end here. Every time you charge it, it resets the time?!?! so it needs to reconnect to the phone (and do whatever it wants).
The app, on the other hand, is suspiciously large compared to other similar ones.
The above functionality limitation was confirmed to me by the company's technical department and obviously it is not mentioned anywhere in the product description.

Money wasted

Positives:
- Accidentally washed in the washing machine and still works fine!
- Good build quality

Negatives:
- Mediocre accuracy in measurements
- Not many applications
- After each charge, it needs to be synced with the mobile phone from the beginning to adjust the time

It does not count the steps correctly, the battery runs out very quickly, every time it shuts down it loses its connection with the app, and it shows the wrong time.

It constantly desynchronizes the time and the battery lasts at most two days... compared to other watches in its category, it's not worth the money

It is not worth it at all, despite being beautiful and lightweight for children's hands. It does not synchronize, it shuts down on its own, it shows fake steps (e.g. 2 steps at night, 12,000 steps?!), and even the time gets lost every time you charge it. In the end, it wouldn't even turn on, meaning it would open for 5 minutes and then close on its own, displaying a spaceship on the screen. The app was up to date. We exchanged it once and they gave us another device, but the same issues occurred again the second time. We requested a refund.

Within a day, it started losing time. I adjusted it twice, and both times it broke on its own. It's a shame because it could have been a decent device for a child, but the operating system is terrible. I cannot comment on the quality of materials because I didn't have the chance to use it.

Very good for its price. Through the application, we set an alarm to wake up on its own. We changed the watch face and added a photo. When the battery ran out, it returned to its original screen and we had to change it again. The 4 stars only because the strap darkens and does not clean easily at all.

The charger / battery for this watch is awful. The watch needs to be CONSTANTLY charging and even then the contact with the charger fails. You think you are charging but you are not. The app is ok. There isn't a lot of variety in the watch faces, which for a child is the "fun" part.

I would not recommend. Buying another watch as this one is an utter disappointment.

The supplier was unacceptable, it came and didn't work properly. I went to the store where I bought it, they sent it for inspection and after a month of having to argue to get an answer, they said it was fine and sent it back broken.

I bought 2 watches, one blue and one pink. One of them stopped connecting to my phone after 20 days. Both of them, in 20 days, became as if you had them for 20 years in a lignite mine and they don't even clean with a hand grenade

After the first 2 weeks of use, the watch started to appear black instead of pink, as if it was dirty, even though it wasn't dirt.
It initially connected with the app, but after a few days, it lost the connection and couldn't reconnect again with anything.
In the end, it ended up only showing the time, but even in that, it constantly froze. A rocket appeared on the screen and wouldn't change at all, not even with a restart, only if the battery was turned off.
Unpleasant experience and disappointment for the child.

1. It does not measure steps correctly. But the application and the watch show different results. Many times, the steps decrease instead of increasing.
2. Every time it charges, it needs to be connected to the application because it loses all its data. The watch face, sports settings, and even the time need to be adjusted to zero.
3. It needs to be charged almost every day.

Very honest watch with easy bluetooth connection to the mobile phone. The battery lasts for 3-4 days if you use it or 5-6 if you only keep it for the time, but it still charges quickly. It is lightweight and does not bother on the hand while the many holes help to tie it on a small child. Very good!!

Just stay away. So when you try to change the watch face, the watch freezes and besides that, when the battery is at 10% and it turns off, it loses the time and finally it becomes very difficult to pair via Bluetooth, which results in not being able to change the watch face.

The product is great value for money, perfect for ages up to 12 years old. It is easy to read and easy to use! The management of settings such as time adjustment, presets, etc. can be done through a mobile phone with Bluetooth connection.

Unfortunately, we got it in pink color! The strap has turned black and it doesn't clean at all!! It looks very dirty, unfortunately! And it has been worn very little!!

Very nice and practical watch for small children. Especially as a gift, it is just what you need. Comfortable and easy to use.

I recently bought it for my little cousin and so far it hasn't disappointed me. It is perfect for a child, easy, comfortable, and lightweight. Worth the money!!!
