2) They will ask you for proof of purchase, take a photo and send it
3) They will ask for your address to send you another one, give it to them

5) Now you have 2 pairs of headphones, one for you that works perfectly (because the issue has been fixed in the next version of the product and Edifier is aware of it) and send the defective one to your ex
edit: After almost 2 years, it works like the first day. The only issue is that the ear pads got damaged from overuse, BUT: with a single phone call to the representative in Greece, they send you a replacement to your home for free*
(except for the shipping costs of 3 euros, which, if you are near downtown Athens, you can pick them up directly from the store and save even that)

While they were working perfectly fine for a while, I made the mistake of letting my little one watch some videos with them on. Next thing I knew, the cushions were falling apart and the headphones were completely worn out. Since then, I've been on a wild goose chase trying to find replacement parts. The Greek distributor doesn't have any, and the global distributor only has white cushions (the headphones are black) that cost half or more of the price of the headphones themselves. Ordering from eBay means dealing with Chinese sellers (who are supposedly the only ones who have them) and waiting forever for them to arrive.
So, due to the nonexistent after-sales support, I won't be buying these again, at least not for Edifier products in general.
Ενώ τα δούλευα απροβλημάτιστα καιρό, έκανα το λάθος να τα δώσω στον μικρό καλοκαίρι να βλέπει κανένα βίντεο ήσυχα. Τι το ήθελα, διαλύθηκαν τα μαξιλαράκια του και ξέφτισαν εντελώς. Από τότε είμαι σε ένα κυκεώνα να βρω ανταλλακτικά. Η ελληνική αντιπροσωπεία δεν έχει. Η global έχει μόνο άσπρα (τα ακουστικά είναι μαύρα) και σε κόστος το μισό και παραπάνω των ακουστικών. Ebay παραγγέλνεις από Κινέζο (που είναι οι μόνοι που - υποτίθεται - ότι έχουν) και δεν έρχεται ποτέ.
Οπότε λόγω της ανύπαρκτης after sales υποστήριξης, ποτέ ξανά τα συγκεκριμένα τουλάχιστον (για Edifier γενικότερα βλέπουμε).
Very good sound quality. They do not have complete ambient noise isolation, but that was not my criterion for buying them anyway.
The main thing is that after two weeks of daily use for at least 2 hours a day, the battery is still above 30%.
Also, there is the possibility to be connected to 2 devices at the same time (Smart TV and Smartphone) and with good range!
Overall, very very good for their price (€43).
Πολύ καλή ποιότητα ήχου. Δεν έχουν πλήρη απομόνωση ήχου περιβάλλοντος, εξάλλου δεν ήταν αυτό το κριτήριο μου για την αγορά τους.
Βασικό το ότι μετά από δύο εβδομάδες καθημερινής χρήσης για τουλάχιστον 2 ώρες την ημέρα η μπαταρία είναι ακόμα άνω του 30%
Επίσης υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να είναι συνδεδεμένο σε 2 συσκευές ταυτόχρονα (Smart TV και Smartphone) και με καλή εμβέλεια!
Γενικά πολύ πολύ καλά για την τιμή τους (43€).
Very good headphones! The only complaint I have is that when the battery is low, sometimes they lose the signal (bluetooth). Overall, very very good for their price. Excellent value for money.

incredible battery I have had them for a year I use them 3-4 times a week at the gym and I haven't charged them more than 5 times. the sound for the money is quite good, good bass. if they broke I would buy them again

after 5 months it loses connectivity after a few minutes, I don't know if it's the headphone or the phone's fault. and I definitely wouldn't recommend it for the gym, you sweat

I've had them for 5 years and the sound has never disappointed me, the bass is very good. I haven't encountered such bass in other headphones I've bought. The only wear they've had in these 5 years is that the ear pads that touch the ear have disintegrated from friction.

I have bought them twice, once for my girlfriend (who is fully satisfied and they work excellently for her—she mainly uses them wired) and I bought them recently for myself but I had various complications.
The main issue is that on a new Asus Zenbook 2025 laptop, whenever they connected, my laptop would restart (sometimes it worked).
I looked into it and basically it needed a newer headset (with a newer Bluetooth chip).
Apart from this issue, when wired they did not work properly with frequent interruptions during calls (I would rate them lower but this is essentially the average rating of 2 purchases)
Τα εχω αγορασει 2 φπρες, 1 για τη κοπελα μου (που ειναι φουλ ευχαριστημενη και της δουλευουν εξαιρετικα -κυριως τα χρησιμοποιει ενσυρματα) και τα πηρα προσφατα κι εγω αλλα ειχα διαφορες επιπλοκες.
Η πιο κυρια ειναι οτι σε νεο λαπτοπ asus zenbook 2025, οποτε συνδεονταν μου εκανε επανεκκινηση το λαπτοπ (καποιες φορες δουλευε).
Το εψαξα και ουσιαστικα ηθελε πιο νεο ακουστικο (με πιο νεο bluetooth chip).
Περα απο αυτο το θεμα, ενσυρματα δεν δουλευαν σωστα με συχνες διακοπες σε κλησεις (θα εβαζα λιγοτερο αλλα ειναι ουσιαστικα η μεση βαθμολογια 2 αγορων)
Excellent for their price. I got the red ones that my daughter liked. Immediate and stable BT connection. Extra good is the 3.5mm connection, I connect them to the Playstation controller. Proper weight, closes well over the ear, loud and with enough bass. They do warm the ear after hours, but that's absolutely logical and expected. I've had them for 2 years, almost daily use for 3+ hours. Not a trace of wear. Good and worthwhile purchase.

Ζεσταίνουν το αυτί μετά απο ώρες βέβαια, αλλά απόλυτα λογικό και αναμενόμενο.
Τα χω 2 χρόνια, χρήση σχεδόν καθημερινή 3+ ώρες.
Ούτε ίχνος φθοράς. Καλή αγορά και συμφέρουσα.
honest headphones. value for money. I had the wired overhead ones from XIAOMI which I got during quarantine times, but due to my own misuse the cable got chewed up and I replaced them with these.
1) The memory foam cushion on the xiaomi was thicker, resulting in better sound isolation,
2) The annoying light that blinks while in use. Which the edifier buds also have and probably all bluetooth headphones.
τίμια ακουστικά. value for money. Είχα τα ενσύρματα overhead της XIAOMI που τα πήρα εποχές καραντίνας από δικιά μου κακη χρήση μάσησε το καλώδιο και τα αντικατέστησα με αυτά.

very good sound performance, high autonomy but, no noise cancellation during calls and basically it makes the surrounding sounds even louder for the person you're talking to. If you want it mainly for calls, don't buy it at all, if you want it only for music, it's 100% worth it

The battery lasts fully, the sound is good and clear, and they are convenient. The only thing I would change is that you have to press the button for a long time to turn them on and off, and in general, they have a strange setting. But that's a very small detail, definitely worth the money. I've had them for a long time and nothing has happened to them

The headphones are whatever, I bought them for a Samsung Galaxy A56 and they don't connect. Stay away if you have this phone. But on other phones I tried (A40) they work perfectly. And their sound is very good and satisfying.
Τα ακουστικά είναι ότι να'ναι, τα αγόρασα για κινητό Samsung Galaxy A56 και δεν συνδέονται. Μακριά για κάποιον που έχει αυτό το κινητό. Αλλά σε άλλα κινητά που δοκίμασα ( Α40 ) λειτουργούν άψογα. Και ο ήχος τους είναι πολύ καλός και ικανοποιητικός.

First of all, I want to say that I have connected them to the desktop with Win11 Pro and a Baseus BA07 USB dongle.
At first, they have quite good sound, and I was pleasantly surprised.
With the phone, they work perfectly for listening.
On the PC, on the other hand, they do various weird things. Sometimes they don't connect automatically, I turn them off and re-pair them, and then they work.
Sometimes they have small interruptions, annoying ones, you can't listen to music. Re-pairing fixes it. Not very frequent, but annoying.
The sound is quite good, though!
I don't have these problems with the phone.
The microphone sensitivity isn't the best. No one has complained during phone calls or calls (webex/meet/zoom/etc). But they might have been polite :)
I noticed while recording that the volume level is relatively low.
Other than that, very decent for their price. If the small issues with Win11 were gone, I would give 5 stars (that's where 95% of my usage is).

Aρχικά να πω ότι τα έχω συνδέσει στο desktop με Win11 Pro και ένα Baseus BA07 usb dongle.
Εκ πρώτης, έχουν αρκετό καλό ήχο, με εξέπληξαν ευχάριστα.
Με το κινητό παίζουν άψογα στην ακρόαση.
Στο PC από την άλλη κάνουν διάφορα κουλά. Κάποιες φορές δεν συνδέονται αυτόματα, τα σβήνω και τα ξανακάνω pair και μετά δουλεύουν.
Κάποιες φορές κάνουν μικροδιακοπές, εκνευριστικές, δεν μπορείς να ακούσεις μουσική. Re-pair και στρώνει. Όχι τόσο συχνό, αλλά σπαστικό.
Ο ήχος πάντως είναι αρκετά καλός!
Στο κινητό δεν έχω αυτά τα προβλήματα.
Η ευαισθησία του μικροφώνου δεν είναι και η καλύτερη, Δεν έχει παραπονεθεί κανείς ούτε σε κλήσεις με το τηλέφωνο, ούτε σε calls (webex/meet/zoom/etc). Μπορεί όμως να ήταν ευγενικοί :)

5) Now you have 2 pairs of headphones, one for you that works perfectly (because the issue has been fixed in the next version of the product and Edifier is aware of it) and send the defective one to your ex

While they were working perfectly fine for a while, I made the mistake of letting my little one watch some videos with them on. Next thing I knew, the cushions were falling apart and the headphones were completely worn out. Since then, I've been on a wild goose chase trying to find replacement parts. The Greek distributor doesn't have any, and the global distributor only has white cushions (the headphones are black) that cost half or more of the price of the headphones themselves. Ordering from eBay means dealing with Chinese sellers (who are supposedly the only ones who have them) and waiting forever for them to arrive.
So, due to the nonexistent after-sales support, I won't be buying these again, at least not for Edifier products in general.
Ενώ τα δούλευα απροβλημάτιστα καιρό, έκανα το λάθος να τα δώσω στον μικρό καλοκαίρι να βλέπει κανένα βίντεο ήσυχα. Τι το ήθελα, διαλύθηκαν τα μαξιλαράκια του και ξέφτισαν εντελώς. Από τότε είμαι σε ένα κυκεώνα να βρω ανταλλακτικά. Η ελληνική αντιπροσωπεία δεν έχει. Η global έχει μόνο άσπρα (τα ακουστικά είναι μαύρα) και σε κόστος το μισό και παραπάνω των ακουστικών. Ebay παραγγέλνεις από Κινέζο (που είναι οι μόνοι που - υποτίθεται - ότι έχουν) και δεν έρχεται ποτέ.
Οπότε λόγω της ανύπαρκτης after sales υποστήριξης, ποτέ ξανά τα συγκεκριμένα τουλάχιστον (για Edifier γενικότερα βλέπουμε).

I've had them for 5 years and the sound has never disappointed me, the bass is very good. I haven't encountered such bass in other headphones I've bought. The only wear they've had in these 5 years is that the ear pads that touch the ear have disintegrated from friction.

I have bought them twice, once for my girlfriend (who is fully satisfied and they work excellently for her—she mainly uses them wired) and I bought them recently for myself but I had various complications.
The main issue is that on a new Asus Zenbook 2025 laptop, whenever they connected, my laptop would restart (sometimes it worked).
I looked into it and basically it needed a newer headset (with a newer Bluetooth chip).
Apart from this issue, when wired they did not work properly with frequent interruptions during calls (I would rate them lower but this is essentially the average rating of 2 purchases)

Το εψαξα και ουσιαστικα ηθελε πιο νεο ακουστικο (με πιο νεο bluetooth chip).
Περα απο αυτο το θεμα, ενσυρματα δεν δουλευαν σωστα με συχνες διακοπες σε κλησεις (θα εβαζα λιγοτερο αλλα ειναι ουσιαστικα η μεση βαθμολογια 2 αγορων)
Excellent for their price. I got the red ones that my daughter liked. Immediate and stable BT connection. Extra good is the 3.5mm connection, I connect them to the Playstation controller. Proper weight, closes well over the ear, loud and with enough bass. They do warm the ear after hours, but that's absolutely logical and expected. I've had them for 2 years, almost daily use for 3+ hours. Not a trace of wear. Good and worthwhile purchase.

honest headphones. value for money. I had the wired overhead ones from XIAOMI which I got during quarantine times, but due to my own misuse the cable got chewed up and I replaced them with these.
1) The memory foam cushion on the xiaomi was thicker, resulting in better sound isolation,
2) The annoying light that blinks while in use. Which the edifier buds also have and probably all bluetooth headphones.

The battery lasts fully, the sound is good and clear, and they are convenient. The only thing I would change is that you have to press the button for a long time to turn them on and off, and in general, they have a strange setting. The headphones are whatever, I bought them for a Samsung Galaxy A56 and they don't connect. Stay away if you have this phone. But on other phones I tried (A40) they work perfectly. And their sound is very good and satisfying.

On the PC, on the other hand, they do various weird things. Sometimes they don't connect automatically, I turn them off and re-pair them, and then they work.
Sometimes they have small interruptions, annoying ones, you can't listen to music. Re-pairing fixes it. Not very frequent, but annoying.
The sound is quite good, though!
I don't have these problems with the phone.
The microphone sensitivity isn't the best. No one has complained during phone calls or calls (webex/meet/zoom/etc). But they might have been polite :)
I noticed while recording that the volume level is relatively low.
Other than that, very decent for their price. If the small issues with Win11 were gone, I would give 5 stars (that's where 95% of my usage is).
Oh, it's good that they can pair with two devices simultaneously!
Aρχικά να πω ότι τα έχω συνδέσει στο desktop με Win11 Pro και ένα Baseus BA07 usb dongle.
Εκ πρώτης, έχουν αρκετό καλό ήχο, με εξέπληξαν ευχάριστα.
Με το κινητό παίζουν άψογα στην ακρόαση.
Στο PC από την άλλη κάνουν διάφορα κουλά. Κάποιες φορές δεν συνδέονται αυτόματα, τα σβήνω και τα ξανακάνω pair και μετά δουλεύουν.
Κάποιες φορές κάνουν μικροδιακοπές, εκνευριστικές, δεν μπορείς να ακούσεις μουσική. Re-pair και στρώνει. Όχι τόσο συχνό, αλλά σπαστικό.
Ο ήχος πάντως είναι αρκετά καλός!
Στο κινητό δεν έχω αυτά τα προβλήματα.
Η ευαισθησία του μικροφώνου δεν είναι και η καλύτερη, Δεν έχει παραπονεθεί κανείς ούτε σε κλήσεις με το τηλέφωνο, ούτε σε calls (webex/meet/zoom/etc). Μπορεί όμως να ήταν ευγενικοί :)
Παρατήρησα ηχογραφόντας, ότι η στάθμη είναι σχετικά χαμηλά.
Κατά τα άλλα πολύ τίμια για τα χρήματα τους. Αν έλειπαν και τα μικροπροβλήματα με τα Win11 θα έβαζα 5* (εκεί είναι το 95% της χρήσης που κάνω).
Α, καλό ότι γίνονται pair από δύο συσκευές ταυτόχρονα!
Very good sound quality. They do not have complete ambient noise isolation, but that was not my criterion for buying them anyway.
The main thing is that after two weeks of daily use for at least 2 hours a day, the battery is still above 30%.
Also, there is the possibility to be connected to 2 devices at the same time (Smart TV and Smartphone) and with good range!
Overall, very very good for their price (€43).
Πολύ καλή ποιότητα ήχου. Δεν έχουν πλήρη απομόνωση ήχου περιβάλλοντος, εξάλλου δεν ήταν αυτό το κριτήριο μου για την αγορά τους.
Βασικό το ότι μετά από δύο εβδομάδες καθημερινής χρήσης για τουλάχιστον 2 ώρες την ημέρα η μπαταρία είναι ακόμα άνω του 30%
Επίσης υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να είναι συνδεδεμένο σε 2 συσκευές ταυτόχρονα (Smart TV και Smartphone) και με καλή εμβέλεια!
Γενικά πολύ πολύ καλά για την τιμή τους (43€).
Very good headphones! The only complaint I have is that when the battery is low, sometimes they lose the signal (bluetooth). Overall, very very good for their price. Excellent value for money.
Πολύ καλά ακουστικά ! Το μοναδικό παράπονο που έχω είναι πως όταν έχουν χαμηλή μπαταρία καμιά φορά έχανε το σήμα (bluetooth) . Γενικά πολύ πολύ καλά για την τιμή τους. Εξαιρετικά vfm .
