Unfortunately, out of the 30 times I wore it, only 2 times did it get somewhat warm. I am not satisfied with this purchase.

it does the job but in my opinion it needs one size smaller. As soon as you can, get into light mobility

It really helps. It relieves pain in the lower back and waist by increasing the temperature in these areas. However, it remains a controversial issue whether it actually has nanotechnology or if it is simply a cream with capsaicin that causes the temperature increase. Sometimes it burns quite a bit, especially with sweat, but it remains tolerable.

There are no ceramic elements as stated, there is simply a compacted dried ointment and this creates a heat with warmth for sweating. If you wash it once, all of these are gone, I do not recommend it, there are so many other better options if you want heating, get an ointment that there are many brands in the market
