Το μόνο που θα έλεγα είναι ότι, όπως με όλα τα σκευάσματα σιδήρου, θέλει σωστή χρήση και ιδανικά έλεγχο με εξετάσεις αίματος, ειδικά αν το παίρνει κάποιος για φερριτίνη, αιμοσφαιρίνη ή σιδηροπενία. Δεν είναι κάτι που το αξιολογείς μόνο από το πώς νιώθεις στις πρώτες μέρες. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, σαν σύνθεση και σαν σχέση ποιότητας/τιμής, το θεωρώ από τα πιο δυνατά και προσεγμένα συμπληρώματα σιδήρου.

Ως ειδικος περα απο καταναλωτης , το διαλεξα (σε συγκριση με αλλο προιον που γνωριζω οτι μου παει καλα) λογω τελευταιων μελετων οπου δειχνουν οτι 30mg ανα δυο ημέρες ειναι πιο απορροφησιμος ο σιδηρος σε συγκριση με 15mg καθε μέρα συν τα καλα λόγια απο φαρμακοποιο κ καταναλωτες. Η πλήρης αποτυχια. Ήταν σαν να είχα καταπιεί μια σιγανή βόμβα (για το γαστρεντερικό μου σύστημα). Κρίμα.
