Berling Monostop Vapor Elastic elastomeric acrylic paint is designed to protect and waterproof vertical exterior concrete and plaster surfaces, both old and new. It forms an elastic, waterproof membrane that covers hairline cracks while allowing water vapour to escape from the wall. It offers high water vapour permeability and low water absorption, in accordance with EN 7783 and EN 1062.
It has low CO₂ permeability, helping to protect concrete from carbonation, and resists stains and streaks after rain, salt deposits, frost, moisture, alkalis and chalking. It prevents mould growth on the paint film. The white version has cool material properties, and the paint can be tinted.
