    We bought the product about two months ago for professional use. Unfortunately, on the second day of operation, after about 20-30 coffees, it broke down. We returned it to the supplier who repaired it under warranty. Today, the first day of operation after the repair... same issues again. Disappointing... We will request a replacement... maybe it's this specific part's fault. As for the coffee brewing, it is easy, fast, and of good quality. Unfortunately, the device's lack of reliability leaves no room for satisfaction.
