I have bought 3 cameras, two of them are older, about 2 years old, on these two the sound does not work, and you cannot adjust whether you want the light to turn on if it detects motion etc., I have done a reset, unfortunately it did not fix it.

This is one of the most high-quality and reliable cameras I have purchased (I have 5 in total). Through the TAPO app, I can change many settings and customize it for each space. It is small in size, elegant, made with very good materials, and very easy to connect. Among its strong points is the very good image capture, with excellent light recording, a warning siren, and deterrent light—I would say it lacks nothing. Naturally, it does not have the rotation option, but I should emphasize that none of them have disconnected even once! It accepts micro SD up to 512GB.

The camera, despite all its sensors and the fact that it is advertised as an "outdoor camera," recognizes rain as a line-crossing event, which means you look at your phone expecting to see a person in the area, but it's just drizzle/rain/storm giving you a false positive every 5-10 minutes.

I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 1 because it does an excellent job at human detection. I would give it 4 stars if important features like cloud storage weren't locked behind a paywall. It could offer 5GB for free instead of 0, as well-known services from Google and Microsoft do.

I do not recommend it at the €50 price I bought it for (the price does not include a micro SD memory card, which costs another €20-30).

I have 3 cameras for 3-4 years now. I am absolutely satisfied with what they provide.

Tip. After 3 years, in 2 of the cameras, the power supply voltage dropped below 8.5 volts. At first, I thought the camera was broken because it was disconnecting, not resetting, etc. Fortunately, I thought about it. I replaced the power supplies with other common ones from the market at 9 volts and everything was fine.

Incredible camera. Easy to connect and very clear image day and night. A big advantage is the light that turns on at night so that the would-be burglar sees that he has been detected and leaves. I made a mount to place it in the garage kiosk so I can have a view of the plot entrance and the house entrance. I also made a sunshade, mainly to protect it from hail and rain but also from the sun.

For their price, they are quite high quality and have good packaging.

I have 4 of these and they have been working for 3 years without any problems outdoors (but covered). Hot or cold, I haven't seen any issues. They don't have PoE and need to be powered by a small power supply, but I've improvised and put it inside an electrical box. The image is good and it works well with a TP-Link recorder, with good recognition functions. Very good for its price.

If you are thinking of buying due to lack of power, a battery camera that charges from a solar panel (without power) e.g. tapo c425, don't even dare to try it. I have both, and the c320ws is much better in all aspects and costs half the money. If I wanted something more, it would be for the next version to have video h.265, and also to support 5ghz WiFi in addition to 2.4 ghz.

Excellent camera for the money! Clear shots both during the day and at night. Quite good sound quality. Excellent sensitivity. For normal space monitoring, with a 120 GB recording card, it's just right for a very long recording time.

In general, I use the Tapo cameras a lot and for the money, they are just fine!!!
