The latest one I bought was cookies and cream. When I mix the powder in the shaker, it clumps up. Of course, it shouldn’t clump up, and I’m somewhat disappointed

Perfect casein! The taste and texture are incredible. With a little water, it becomes like pudding and you can eat it with a spoon. Filling, creamy, and ideal for the evening or when you want something sweet without guilt. One of the best I've tried!

It is not easily digested, it is for very strong stomachs... Unfortunately, I can't handle it... the taste is very bad, I tried it in various ways, every time it feels like I ate a stone... never again casein, only whey

Initially, I found the strawberry flavor very good but I got bored of it quickly after about 10 servings. I don't get bored of the chocolate flavor as quickly.

I will assume that it does the job it promises as there is no way to confirm it. However, I can't understand why it needs so much water to dissolve. Compared to regular whey protein, this one needs twice as much or more water to dissolve, otherwise it becomes thick, with a syrup-like texture (not taste). Also, the taste is not particularly pleasant.

It's good for making an overnight-style breakfast. For example, almond milk with cocoa, 1 scoop, chia seeds, cereal or oats, some fruit. It becomes really thick. It has a nice taste.

Indeed, it does not dissolve easily but if you have a handheld frappe mixer, with 5 seconds of mixing in the glass it becomes all creamy. I drink it with Alpro almond milk. Very nice taste. I will buy it again if the price drops.

I believe that the taste (vanilla) has deteriorated. It dissolves relatively well (it is generally thicker compared to other proteins). It is of good quality, but the taste ruined it for me.

Guys, if casein dissolves easily, then it's simply not casein and it's something else. Pure casein in powder form is extremely difficult to dissolve. If you are buying caseins that dissolve easily, it is 100% certain that they are not pure and very likely contain lower protein content or are simply absorbed by the body much faster, which is contrary to the whole philosophy of consuming casein.

Personally, I was not excited at all! It needs a lot of shaking to dissolve satisfactorily in water! This particular one caused me bloating and difficulty in digestion!

No comparison to the old casein from ON which was the best of its kind. They changed the formula and it's like the others. 1 of the same. You need to put it in the multi to dissolve the clumps

It does not dissolve easily at all. It remains very thick after being mixed with water, which makes it difficult to swallow and not enjoyable at all. Besides the thick consistency, the taste tries to resemble strawberry but it is nauseating. I will never buy it again.

It is not easy to drink, the chocolate I bought does not taste good, it does not dissolve easily. I will not buy it again because I cannot drink it

The taste is quite creamy, which personally I didn't like very much.
As for the sleep, you do indeed have a good sleep, but sometimes it can be more than necessary, I didn't hear the dog barking all night at all..
Nevertheless, I would buy it again.

I have been involved in bodybuilding for years. I have been searching for a casein that dissolves well and has a great taste for a "lifetime". I found this in ON in recent years. However, this year it changed its composition and became like all the others. It is difficult to dissolve, with pieces that do not melt and a texture like puree, just like all the others. I will think about whether I will buy it again since it no longer differs from the others. It's really a shame. Two stars, just to be kind and for the sake of the good old days.

Very good quality but unfortunately I found a hair inside. Human error, however, in products intended for consumption, it is good for these things not to happen.

The best taste in casein. The best solubility that exists. Very good recovery and absorption by the body. And the most important thing is that it doesn't become like foam like all the others. I recommend it.

The best for perfect recovery (before going to sleep). Okay, the taste it leaves is not the best, but it does a tremendous job.
I highly recommend it.
I will definitely buy it again.
Now, for recovery after running, I suggest SIS Rapid Recovery, another very good product.

Excellent product, fantastic taste, I highly recommend it, just finished the package and I will continue to take it every night for optimal recovery.
