  • I also have the classic type of splint, but this one has some significant advantages:
    - it fits all fingers
    - the finger is not enclosed
    - most importantly: it bends and you can adjust it to a slight hyperextension. This way, the tendon heals in a better position; otherwise, after 2 months, the tip remains slightly bent and cannot fully straighten

    With an additional tape fastening, it is very stable
