I have irritable bowel syndrome with alternating diarrhea/constipation. I am on my second box and take one per day. During the first box, diarrhea, irregular bowel movements, and discomfort gradually decreased. In the second box, I forgot about them. Same with constipation. Also, I no longer have bloating as I used to. Equally important is that my gut didn't act up during my period when I was taking antibiotics.
I'm not brave enough to try raw vegetables because with the probiotics I used to take, although they regulated my bowel movements, I accumulated gas and was in unbearable pain when I ate cabbage and peppers, for example. Δοκιμές με ωμά λαχανικά δεν είμαι τόσο τολμηρή να κάνω γιατί με τα προβιοτικά που έπαιρνα πριν, ενώ είχαν ρυθμίσει τις κενώσεις, συσσώρευα αέρα και πονούσα αφόρητα όταν έτρωγα λάχανο και πιπεριές πχ. Quite good, it helped me with IBS with main symptoms being Bloating and Constipation, something that ALMORA PLUS did not do. I will prefer it again when I need it, it was a bit expensive but it offered improvement even if small.

Φοβερό... Είχα δοκιμάσει κ άλλα σκευασματα και δεν εκαναν τίποτα. Τότε ο γιατρός μου εξήγησε ότι μόνο αυτό θα με βοηθήσει γιατί έχει το βουτηρικο οξύ. Είναι ιδανικό για όσους έχουν εκκολπωματα όπως εγώ .
7 years of sensitive intestine with endless diarrhea and lately also pain in the intestine... a friend who had the exact same problem recommended it to me and told me it saved him... I mentioned it to my doctor, asked him to try it and so I got it... I've been taking it for 3 months now and personally I didn't see any difference... the diarrhea continues and so does the pain... Εδώ έβαλα πέντε αστέρια μόνο απλά γτ πάω καλύτερα , αλλά με το σύστησε ο γιατρός μου κ τις οδηγίες και για το λόγο αυτό παω καλύτερα στο έντερο είναι κάτι νομίζω κάποιος δεν μπορεί να αγοράσει από μόνος του, ανάλογα τη παθήσεις του κ δεν δινεται με ιατρική συνταγή, οπότε όταν ήθελα για μερικούς μήνες , όπως με σύστησε ο γιατρός μου, τα βρήκα εδώ, σε καλύτερη τιμή ανά κουτί, από το φαρμακείο!
very good for irritable bowel syndrome! definitely reduces gas to a great extent! personally, I take one a day and sometimes if needed due to stress or diet I take 2 for 2-3 days. very good product!
πολύ καλό για το σύνδρομο ευερέθιστου εντέρου! μειώνει σίγουρα τα αέρια σε μεγάλο βαθμό! εγώ προσωπικά παίρνω ένα τη μέρα και μερικές φορές αν χρειάζεται λόγω στρες ή διατροφής παίρνω για 2-3 μέρες από 2. πολύ καλό προϊόν!
I have irritable bowel syndrome with alternating diarrhea/constipation. I am on my second box and take one per day. During the first box, diarrhea, irregular bowel movements, and discomfort gradually decreased. In the second box, I forgot about them. Same with constipation. Also, I no longer have bloating as I used to. Equally important is that my gut didn't act up during my period when I was taking antibiotics.
I'm not brave enough to try raw vegetables because with the probiotics I used to take, although they regulated my bowel movements, I accumulated gas and was in unbearable pain when I ate cabbage and peppers, for example. UPDATE 4 months. My gut returned to normal functioning after 3 years of alternating diarrhea/constipation. I have forgotten what diarrhea is, and I can go anywhere comfortably without fearing I will get diarrhea. I hope my comment helps. Try it for 1-2 months if you have the same symptoms as me. Έχω ευερέθιστο έντερο με εναλλαγές διάρροια/δυσκοιλιότητα. Είμαι στο δεύτερο κουτί και παίρνω ένα την ημέρα. Στο πρώτο κουτί σταδιακά μειώθηκαν οι διάρροιες, οι ακανόνιστες κενώσεις και οι ενοχλήσεις. Στο δεύτερο τις ξέχασα. Όπως και την δυσκοιλιότητα. Επίσης, δεν έχω τυμπανισμό όπως είχα. Το εξίσου πολύ σημαντικό είναι ότι το έντερό μου δεν μου έκανε νούμερα στην φάση που είχα περίοδο και έπαιρνα αντιβίωση.
Δοκιμές με ωμά λαχανικά δεν είμαι τόσο τολμηρή να κάνω γιατί με τα προβιοτικά που έπαιρνα πριν, ενώ είχαν ρυθμίσει τις κενώσεις, συσσώρευα αέρα και πονούσα αφόρητα όταν έτρωγα λάχανο και πιπεριές πχ. Αν αλλάξει κάτι και δω κάτι αρνητικό, θα επανέλθω. Προς ώρας, έχω να πω μόνο καλά. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα, συναγωνισταί.
UPDATE 4 μηνων. Το εντερο επανηλθε στις εργοασιακες ρυθμισεις μετα απο 3 χρονια εναλλαγων με διαρροιες/δυσκοιλιοτητες. Εχω ξεχασει τι θα πει διαρροια και μπορω να πηγαινω ανετα οπουδηποτε χωρις να φοβαμαι οτι θα με πιασει διαρροια. Ευχομαι να βοηθησει το σχολιο μου. Δοκιμαστε 1-2 μηνες, οσοι εχετε τα ιδια συμπτωματα με εμενα. Δεν εχετε κατι να χασετε.
