    I bought this blender from Braun official website last black Friday after a lots of research and positive reviews. I don't use it often, last week, i connected it to use it, it made a weird noise, the motor was functional and fine, but the plastic part connecting the upper part with the blade got completely destroyed. I contacted service, they responded quickly and i sent it free of charge via ASC for service under warranty. long story short, they couldn't fix it and i got refunded.
