The FiiO BTA30 Pro Bluetooth transceiver functions as both an RX receiver and a TX transmitter, and can also be used as a DAC. It supports AAC, SBC, aptX, aptX HD and LDAC codecs for wireless audio transmission and reception. The ESS ES9038Q2M DAC and Qualcomm CSR8675 Bluetooth processor work with an XMOS USB receiver to deliver high-resolution audio playback.

Digital inputs include USB, coaxial and optical SPDIF. Bypass mode allows the input and output to be used simultaneously, while the active input source can be changed using the Input button. The output can be set to variable or fixed, and the device can also be controlled via an app.

    In this price range, there is nothing else comparable (dac + bluetooth streamer + bluetooth transmitter + all possible connections), so direct comparisons cannot be made. The question, therefore, is whether it is worth the 150...

    In no case does it present any significant problem. Easy to use, plug n play, very satisfactory bluetooth range (within the house 10+ meters and from a corner room), pairs easily, does not disconnect, etc.
    Musically, the range, dynamics, stage, and instrument separation are very decent. In my system (Pioneer A-A6 + Tannoy Mercury M1), I did not feel any musical deficiency that "sounds" - on the contrary, the limits of the stage expanded and the clarity of the instruments compared to the small dac I used before (Fiio E10k Olympus 2) increased!

The manual is ridiculous and nonexistent, with terrible English, and the mobile app is a disaster.
