The Salépi from the City is a fragrant blend of natural salépi and vanilla. A ready-to-drink beverage with rich flavor and rare properties valuable to humans. It is considered an excellent substitute for coffee.

Active Ingredients

  • It is invigorating, warming, soothing, cough relieving, cold and flu relieving, bronchial and asthma relieving.
  • It helps with fatigue and gastrointestinal problems (gastroesophageal reflux), as well as with nausea, vomiting, and bloating.
  • It relieves headaches and menstrual pain, muscle and rheumatic pain, helps regulate diabetes, cholesterol, and triglycerides.
  • It is rich in minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, and vitamins A and C.

Preparation Method

  • Dissolve one teaspoon of mixture in a medium-sized teacup, in lukewarm water and make it like Greek coffee.
  • Serve with cinnamon and ginger or with cardamom or with saffron.
