I use the Raspberry for smart TV, turned on all day to play. It hasn't had any issues in the last 2 years. I highly recommend it.

Very good case. I had one with a fan and it made a lot of noise and high temperatures. With overclocking at 2MHz, it doesn't go above 60 even in the summer. Overall satisfied.

A very nice case that indeed seems to perform well as passive cooling.
Specifically, by stressing the machine with stress-ng --cpu 0 --cpu-method fft, it reached 68.6 degrees Celsius in 15 minutes and stayed there until I stopped it at 25, so I estimate that the maximum temperature under full load is around 70. Of course, this is far from what anyone who doesn't do stress tests would experience; at idle, it reads 35, and after the stress test, it quickly returned to a temperature of about 40 degrees. During normal use, it reached 46, while with YouTube videos, it reached 56 (after the stress test, as always).
In general, I think that if someone doesn't need the rpi for a server or extreme tasks, this case is okay. Now, if they want to run it under constant full load, they might be better off considering the corresponding case that has fans (personally, I don't like the case with fans because of the unbearable noise they make).
Update 20/2: So, after about a week of use, with several hours of daily use, under normal use, it stays around 45 degrees for simple browsing (e.g., Facebook), it goes up to 50-51 if you play a video on YouTube, and that's the highest I've reached. If you're just coding in VS Code, for example, it stays around 42-43. The initial temperatures, which are slightly higher, I believe are due to the initial heating up to almost 70 due to the stress test. So, for passive cooling, it's fine. If I notice a significant difference during the summer, I will come back, although I don't consider it very likely (the ambient temperature generally when I use it is around 24-25 degrees).
Μία πολύ όμορφη θήκη η οποία όντως φαίνεται ότι αποδίδει καλά ως passive cooling.
Συγκεκριμένα, στρεσσάροντας το μηχάνημα με stress-ng --cpu 0 --cpu-method fft έφτασε στους 68.6 βαθμούς κελσίου μέσα σε 15 λεπτά κι έμεινε εκεί έως τα 25 που το σταμάτησα, επομένως εικάζω πως μέγιστη θερμοκρασία με full load είναι γύρω στα 70. Βέβαια αυτό απέχει από αυτό που θα πάρει οποιοσδήποτε δεν κάνει stress test, στο idle γράφει 35, ενώ μετά το stress test επανήλθε σε μία θερμοκρασία περιπου 40 βαθμών σχετικά γρήγορα. Σε απλή χρήση έφτασε 46 ενώ μαζί με βίντεο youtube έφτασε 56 (μετά το stress test πάντα).
Γενικά νομίζω πως αν δε θέλει κάποιος το rpi για server ή για extreme πράγματα, η θήκη αυτή είναι οκ. Τώρα αν θέλει να το τρέχει με full load συνέχεια, ίσως καλύτερα να δει την αντίστοιχη θήκη που έχει και fans (προσωπικά δε μου αρέσει η θήκη με τα fans λόγω του ανυπόφορου θορύβου που κάνουν τα ανεμιστηράκια).
Update 20/2: Λοιπόν περίπου μέσα σε μια βδομάδα χρήσης, και με αρκετές ώρες καθημερινή χρήση, με απλή χρήση παίζει ως 45 βαθμούς για απλό σερφάρισμα (facebook πχ), τσιμπάει μέχρι 50 - 51 αν βάλετε κάποιο βίντεο στο youtube, και αυτό είναι το μαξ που το έχω φτάσει. Aν γράφετε απλά κώδικα στο VS Code για παράδειγμα παίζει γύρω στους 42 - 43. Οι θερμοκρασίες οι αρχικές που είιναι λίγο πιο πάνω εικάζω πως είναι λόγω της αρχικής θέρμανσης σε σχεδόν 70 λόγω του stress test. Οπότε, για passive cooling, είναι μια χαρά. Αν το καλοκαίρι παρατηρήσω αξιοσημείωτη διαφορά θα επανέλθω, αν και δεν το θεωρώ πολύ πιθανό (η θερμοκρασία περιβάλλοντος γενικά όταν το χρησιμοποιώ είναι γύρω στους 24 - 25 βαθμούς).
