UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Terribly slow! It doesn't download any games. The screen turns off by itself. It seems defective!!!! Very bad!!!!!!!! It turned out to be completely useless for us and we didn't use it for even 3 months!!!!!!

It's slow
It charges sometimes slowly, sometimes quickly.
The internet is so-so

We have had it for a year and a half. One day, after I closed it, the next day it wouldn't turn on. I plugged it in and it said 100% charged, but it would only turn on with the charger and I had to wrap the power bank around it. I don't know how long it will last.
In terms of construction and weight, it's fine but heavy.
It has fallen many times and the screen hasn't been damaged, even when a child stepped on it.
Anyway, I took care of it as much as I could because times are tough and you can't spend so much money on something like this...

As previous buyers have written, the screen is very fragile... it will break with the slightest drop... it's a pity because the little one liked it, and now I've been trying to find a screen protector here for almost 2 months... and I think even the official service doesn't have one. If you don't put protection on the screen, things will be difficult.
edit: after 2.5 months we finally found a compatible screen. A local shop that does service from Athens found it, not the company. We also put on a tempered glass which is somewhat compatible and for now it's ok.
edit 1: eventually after about 4 months the screen broke... almost half of it didn't work. In September 2025 we bought a new one from Germanos which is still holding up (April 2026), it is quad-core and seems more durable.

We received it as a gift for our son on Easter last year and within less than a year, it fell from the hands of the little one and the screen broke. Because you can't put a screen protector on this model at least, we asked and they couldn't put a screen protector on it. It says it's durable for kids, but only on the sides, not on the screen, it's not protected. Also, after 3-4 months of use, the battery drains very quickly, you have to charge it every now and then.

It is very slow despite not having any extra applications. Its battery does not charge quickly at all lately. The tablet has not charged 100% even after a whole night.

My daughter bought it for Christmas with the money from caroling from a well-known electronics store. 9 months later and it hasn't had any issues, of course she takes care of it and doesn't mishandle it. She got it for children's games and movies. It is 10 years old. It has many pre-installed applications that are specifically for children and not only that, considering that my husband constantly plays with the hangman game that it has inside. My child has ADHD and learning difficulties, and the applications it has helped us a lot. We always play with it in moderation. Personally, I would recommend it to others if you are looking for a tablet for your children in this price range, it's great

After 5 months of use, the button that opens the tablet broke. At 7 months, the touch screen doesn't work, and the battery life is very short for the little daily use it gets

Guys, my nephew has this tablet and every time I play with it, I'm amazed at how fast and lightweight it is. It really has nothing to envy from a quality adult tablet.
Great resolution, great battery life, and clear sound when listening to music or watching videos on YouTube. I'm really happy that I got him such a nice gift, and for his birthday, I'll get him something else from the company's collection, like the camera they just released or the smartwatch for him to wear at school.

The sound button broke within two months of purchase, and the button that opens and closes also broke immediately after. The cable input also broke, I sent it for repair and now it doesn't charge, the battery only reaches 8%. I haven't had it for long. Just buy something else.

It constantly sticks the lock button without falling down and often freezes and the screen sticks

We had it for the kids. One day it decided that it won't turn on again without a cable in the socket. Now, even with a cable in the socket, it doesn't turn on.

Buy it at Christmas just 6 months ago and for no reason it stopped working. It only shows a line on the screen and only the buttons work. Also, it has faded in many places and the rubber has never fallen off. It doesn't even take a scratch. I hope the warranty covers it because it was so happy when we bought it for only 119€

Very durable but incredibly slow.
I can say that it is the most durable for Giannakis' hard use.
I believe that any other Tab
Would have been shattered from such use.
As for its speed, be patient, remember that it is for the child, not for you.

While at first I was excited, fast, immediate connection to Wi-Fi, very good screen resolution. Its use is exclusively for Netflix and YouTube for children's programs. After 2 months, many points on the screen do not work, resulting in not being able to give commands, the rotating screen rotates whenever it wants, and the Wi-Fi connection is lost very often without any problem with the router or the connection. It has not suffered any falls or hits, and its usage is not more than 2 hours per day.
It's a shame, I hope I manage to contact the company and have it replaced or repaired

The best gift I could get for my little one! A perfect educational and fun tool in the hands of our children! I highly recommend it!

17/9/2023. After 1 year of use, it ended up in recycling. The on/off switch was repaired 2-3 times under warranty - Thessaloniki. In the end, when it was out of warranty, the screen started having issues (it didn't respond to touch on the edges). It was good for one year.

Ideal choice for a child. It includes Google Play, Youtube, pre-installed educational games, drawing, puzzles, and lessons. Decent camera and overall fast. It already comes with a case and I believe it's worth the money!
