Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
In the first month with more use, it got torn and the points that give you a massage came out, I don't remember what they're called. Anyway, the company promptly replaced it with a new one. The packaging of both products looked like they had been neglected in an attic for years, crumpled and opened many times. Now it doesn't work, it burned out after a year
It states that the function with the light on also uses heating. Either it is defective or it is just nonsense.
Good in terms of power. The rollers it uses are hard plastic and after the 15 minutes maximum recommended on the neck, if you are lying down, it is unbearable. It is more manageable with less pressure.
Personally, I stopped doing anything for my neck because it caused me headaches. But it could be my own problem (hernias, etc.).
The only reason I bought it was for the non-existent, as it seems, heating and I hoped it would be better (more comfortable and soft) for the neck, as they mainly promote in the photos.
It is wonderful for the legs and waist if you place it on a chair and not lying down with the weight of the body on it.
I hope I provided enough information.
I have had the device for 2 weeks and already one of the two rotating heads has broken. If you want a powerful massage, the heads do not have enough strength to turn. Another negative aspect of the device is that it overheats quickly, resulting in it burning incredibly, whether you have the heating on or not. It is a decent device for someone who just wants to do a light massage on specific areas. If you intend to do a deep and therapeutic massage, you should look for something more powerful and sturdy.
It's worth the money. You can use it essentially for the whole body, neck, back, waist, feet, etc. It has only one button to adjust how the heads move (clockwise or counterclockwise). It is of mild intensity so it relaxes you without causing pain. It shuts off after 15 minutes like all others in its category, you leave it for 5 minutes and you can turn it back on. It is powered by electricity so what you will love is that it comes with a travel charger yes but also with a car charger so you can massage your waist or neck while driving!
