The YT-73138 allows detection in walls or drywall:

• Live wires up to 50 mm
• Ferromagnetic metals up to 120 mm
• Non-ferrous metals (e.g., copper pipes) up to 80 mm
• Wooden construction elements with accuracy up to 20 mm
• Wooden profiles up to 38 mm

The built-in moisture meter for wood and building materials allows you to:

• Perform measurements to a depth of 8 mm
• Measure wood moisture in the range of 5-50%
• Measure the moisture content of building materials in the range of 1.5-33%.

The use of the YATO YT-73138 detector and 4-in-1 meter significantly speeds up work, increases safety, and minimizes the risk of accidental damage to the electrical or plumbing installation located under the plaster. Thanks to this, you can, among other things, safely drill a hole or find a place to screw a screw into a wooden or metal profile hidden under drywall. The built-in moisture meter will allow, among other things, the determination of the plaster's moisture level at thermal bridges, as well as checking the moisture for wood intended for fuel.

A large and easy-to-read screen with LED backlight informs us about:

• Selected function
• Signal strength [%]
• Distance from the sought metal element [cm]
• Central position relative to the sensor

Additional functions and equipment features:

• An audible signal and three signaling diodes, green / orange / red, additionally indicating the detection of the sought material
• Adjustment of detection strength for live conductors and metal elements
• Automatic shutdown after 5 minutes of inactivity
• On the bottom side of the detector, there are inserts made of soft material, which protect the casing from scratches when in contact with the surface
