The convenience these machines offer is that you put in the food, set the time you want, and forget about it... so far I have made rice, potatoes, and steamed vegetables. Everything turns out delicious as long as you find the right cooking times. For example, rice, which is the most common, takes about 30-35 minutes.

Nice. Just when you have all the trays it doesn't steam them that much. It's slow. But with up to 2 trays, for example, in one hour the broccoli is done. The rice, not at all.

A fine product for its price. It collects a little limescale on the resistor but if you clean it often, you're good.

It broke down after about 2 years...of course, for its price, it was very good! I used it day and night and that's probably why it broke, so I wanted something more expensive-professional. I am satisfied with this particular steamer... It is fast, easy to clean and the fact that it has 3 containers is incredibly convenient!!! The cord would be more practical if it were a bit longer... Nevertheless, it is much better compared to more expensive steamers...

Fantastic steamer and it can hold a lot of things. At first, I got it for the little one, but now I use it too. Simple, it takes up quite a bit of space

I am a man and I had to change my diet for health reasons. I have been using it for 2 years without any problems and without much care. I have started eating vegetables without even realizing it. For chicken, it's the best. I prepare it in the evening, go to sleep, it shuts off on its own, and in the morning my meal for the day is ready.. what else can it do, it's a steamer.

Bad is not what you call it but it takes much longer to cook than a pot with water and a bamboo steamer on top. I continue to cook in the bamboo steamer.

I couldn't believe my eyes the first time I used it, I waited half an hour to see steam in the baskets. Until I noticed that almost all the steam was escaping except for the 2 holes it has to fill with water when it runs out... I had to temporarily close them with aluminum foil and only then did I see the steam being pushed into the baskets. Unbelievable!
I have a Tefal steamer at my country house and it does its job perfectly. No comparison to this piece of junk. I regret not getting the same Tefal... I should have been more careful...

I wouldn't recommend cooking fish because after use, the container smells for several days. It's better to use it in the oven with oil and spices.
Cooking chicken in 15 minutes is a joke. Chicken should be cooked very well as it may have salmonella. At least 20 to 30 minutes, it is equally juicy and well-cooked.
It's very difficult to wash the containers. You have to scrub for a long time and it only cleans with hot water.
Only the first container cooks the food well. If you put it in the second or third one, it takes more time.
I recommend cleaning the salt with citric acid (supermarket) instead of vinegar. Citric acid cleans very well and doesn't leave unpleasant smells like vinegar. It dissolves in hot water.

I have had it for 4 months, it cooks perfectly. The only thing that has worn off is the external coating of the resistance that comes into contact with water without causing any issues. It is worth its money, I recommend it.

Quite good for its price, however if you put all three levels, even in half an hour on steam, the broccoli is still hard. Of course, I leave gaps in the holes so that the steam reaches the top, meaning I don't fill the floors.

It cooks healthy, quickly, and economically in steam. If this doesn't suit you and you're more into classic cooking, you're probably looking at the wrong product.

A major flaw is the lack of a "drip tray" for collecting liquids in the upper compartment. When cooking two dishes together (e.g. meat and fish), the liquids from the upper dish fall onto the lower one. If you have fish on top, the meat juices and froth are drawn down by the vegetables, while if you have vegetables on top, the fish turns... green. Unacceptable construction, I honestly regretted it!

Definitely worth the money, it cooks quickly and has been very convenient for me. As for the salts, the truth is that it requires frequent cleaning, but they disappear with vinegar and water. I clean it every 2 uses and it looks like new!

Bad choice because the heating component that produces steam fades, resulting in potentially hazardous substances being transferred to food. Makeshift construction justifies the low purchase price. It should not be sold normally.

For silly little things, I didn't give it 5 stars! Like: the basket gets stained from carrots, the resistance catches salt, and so on.. but otherwise, I bought it hesitantly based on the reviews, however, for introducing solid foods to my baby, it is excellent! I will first say that I would like the cable to be longer. However, I put it under the extractor to work.
So far, I have only made vegetables and rice. The carrot, pumpkin, and beet stained the basket. I bought it primarily for baby food, so the color doesn't bother me.
If anything changes, I will come back.
