They are commonly used in street photography but also in indoor spaces where there is limited distance from the subject. The perspective of wide-angle lenses makes things appear farther apart than they actually are.

Fast, compact, and wide-angle

The Tokina atx-m 23mm F1.4 E is an extremely popular optical tool for amateur or semi-professional photographers for street snaps, landscapes, and close-up photos in photo or video mode, characterized by a viewing angle equivalent to almost 35mm on full-frame (wide-angle).

Optical Performance

The special optical design formula, combined with a low-dispersion glass element (SD), provides excellent optical performance and corrects aberrations.

F1.4 fast yet bright and compact

Designed exclusively for mirrorless cameras, particular attention has been paid to weight and size. All mirrorless cameras are compact and lightweight, so we managed to create a lightweight and small lens (only 72mm long and 276g weight) that pairs perfectly with Sony E mount APS-C cameras.

Beautiful bokeh and advanced light intake

The Tokina atx-m 23mm F1.4 E features a fast f/1.4 aperture that creates a lighter and more beautiful front and back bokeh, while providing a huge advantage in low-light shooting.

Fast, precise, but silent AF

The Tokina atx-m 23mm F1.4 E incorporates an autofocus system with accurate response that fully communicates with the camera body. The silent, precise, and fast focusing is achieved by the built-in ST-M autofocus motor.

Full communication with the camera

The Tokina atx-m 23mm F1.4 E fully communicates with the camera body and can support 5-axis image stabilization.

Aperture ring without clicks

The Tokina atx-m 23mm F1.4 features a clickless aperture ring that allows users to smoothly control the aperture manually from f/1.4 to f/16 in video mode, as well as automatically (A position) by setting the camera to still image mode.
