After 2 years in my possession, the battery still holds up decently! I charge it about every 6 days now, whereas initially I charged it every 9. Normal use, I don't always have Bluetooth connected but I constantly use the timer and clocks as well as workout tracking.

I bought it in January 2024. While it was working, it was perfect and suddenly this August it turned off and would only turn on while charging. I submitted a request through Skroutz and I got a refund as it was still under warranty.

I have changed its strap because the original one gave me sores on my skin.
So, I charge it once every 5 to 6 days.
It charges in 40 minutes at most, it connected immediately with the iPhone 16 Pro Max, it doesn't bother me at all on my hand, it's nice and beautiful, but it also has some downsides. After 1 to 2 years of use, it gives me a hard time charging; even though it sits properly on its cable, it won't charge at all unless I'm lucky—after about 60 tries, it might charge, and its screen can very easily get scratched if it falls.
I think it's time for me to move on to something else, maybe something better, but I'm not entirely sure if I'll stay with Amazfit, but this time I'll definitely get a round one

For its price and for an amateur, it is perfect. The fact that it is waterproof is convenient for everyday use

Purchased in '23 for €106 and overall I had a very good experience with this particular smartwatch. However, 2 years later, the battery died on me as well.

Unacceptable!!! I bought it in 2022 and a month ago it suddenly stopped turning on even though it showed it was charged. I contacted the service and they told me it was a battery problem and when I asked what could be done they replied: "Nothing. You throw it away and buy a new one." They also informed me that the only thing they can do is replace it if it is within 2 years of purchase and covered by the warranty.

Unacceptable quality. For about a year it worked just fine and then it just died. It would only turn on while charging, no response when off the charger. I sent it for replacement since theoretically it was under warranty, but they didn't accept it because it had a scratch (barely noticeable, you couldn't see it with the naked eye) that supposedly prevented the watch from working. So if such a tiny scratch can destroy the watch, maybe they should make the screen from better material, since in normal use like in this case, it's impossible for the watch not to touch anything. Absolutely dissatisfied!

We bought it in 10/22 and today it just gave up... it turns on when it's on the charger.. when you take it off it immediately turns off. While it was working, it was perfect..

It stopped working after two months and the return platform here does not justify me as I cannot find my right even though I have paid for an additional 3-year Allianz warranty.

I bought it in 11/2022 for 110 euros. Until 12/2024 it was okay. Sometimes the connection with the watch was lost, but okay, not to an annoying degree. From 01/2025 the battery started lasting less and less. Now, even after disabling several notifications, keeping the most useful ones, the battery lasts exactly 20 hours. And suddenly from 30% it goes to 5%, to 2%, and shuts down. This happens within 10 minutes... you don't even have time to charge it. And because we have now gotten used to the notifications from the watch, when we have the phone on silent due to obligations, it's frustrating to be let down by the watch like this. Suddenly you lose touch with the world... Money wasted. I bought my kids the Xiaomi Redmi Watch 3 Active, for 35 euros. Today it costs 65 euros, and I understand why! Because it's much more reliable, even having the capability for voice calls. Stay away from this Amazfit...!!!!!!!!!

I bought the item three years ago. My daughter bought it a month earlier. Both had battery issues the same week. Coincidence, I don't think so. They had an expiration date. I'm very sorry. I do not recommend it to anyone. Useless design. Also, the app takes up a lot of storage space, close to 1 GB.

It was an excellent watch. The battery lasted about 5-6 days. Tested in the sea and in oils, creams. However, suddenly after 2 years, for no reason, it stopped and never turned on again. Generally, the watches of this company seem to have a limited lifespan, based on my experience.

You definitely need to fix the battery life; there isn't even one in a million, only if it is turned off, it lasts 12 days, two days with light use barely

While it is a very nice watch, just at 2 years of daily use it turned off and never turned back on. As others have written, if I put it on charge it shows that the battery is at 100% but when I take it off it turns off. It's a shame because it was a very good choice for daily use.

Exactly after two years it suddenly broke down without anything happening.. it only works when it's charging.. when I take it out and while it's charged it shuts down and doesn't turn on.. it's a shame because I enjoyed it a lot

I have had it for two years. I liked my watch quite a bit, but unfortunately, the battery broke after two years. In Greece, there is no battery to change it; you have to order it from abroad if you want, but it will lose its waterproofing. I was disappointed that it broke in such a short time.

From the beginning, the battery wouldn't hold a charge and needed to be charged every day; exactly during the time it was charging, it would light up, but as soon as it was removed, it would turn off. Eventually, it was replaced with a new one that I just received; I believe it was an unfortunate case of a defective battery because as a watch, I have only good things to say. I had bought it as a gift for my wife.

Very good for me. The battery lasts 2 weeks and 1-2 days. With the screen always showing the clock, it lasts ~5-6 days. Tested in the sea as well. I found a nice screen protector (silicone) on Ali.

It does not accurately measure heart rate. It does not accurately track distance and overall it is not user-friendly. I was very disappointed. It is not worth the money. It is a nice accessory only if you easily match it with your clothes.

It was one of the best purchases I have made. Great value for money overall. It does almost everything except for things like camera calls, etc., which I consider unnecessary. The screen is very good, beautiful. I have had it for about 1 year and the battery is great, I charge it once a week.

If it doesn't count well during exercise, I don't need it. 6 months from the first day, it never shows the correct heart rate at 130+ beats, suddenly 60-70. For about 5 minutes. Unacceptable. After 1 year of daily use, the battery has a 6-7 day autonomy with all measurements and notifications enabled. The negative aspect is that the strap causes wounds on the hand even if it is loose, and when it comes to calls, whether you accept or reject them, it always rejects them. Other than that, it is a great value for money.

Overall, it is a value for money watch, elegant for ladies, and with various applications. The battery is very good. However, it is not suitable for users with high demands. You can see notifications but not respond or answer calls from the watch. It is beautiful for basic use

I got it for my wife. So far, it only makes good comments except for the autonomy. Barely lasts a week.

I bought it for my wife, after a year of use exactly, without getting wet (only splashing from the faucet has fallen on it) and without being hit, its screen came off, just like that.
Fortunately, the purchase was made through skroutz and they refund me the full purchase value (123.95 euros).
