We cleaned the house and then the vacuum cleaner arrived! We thought we had cleaned the house... The vacuum cleaner showed us how it's done! Καθαρίσαμε το σπίτι κ μετά ήρθε η σκούπα!Νομιζαμε ότι καθαρίσαμε το σπίτι…Η σκούπα μας έδειξε πως γίνεται!απίστευτη εύκολη στη χρήση κ μετά από μια εβδομάδα το σπίτι παραμένει καθαρό!!!Πραγματικα καθαρό!η σκόνη έχει μειωθεί στο ΕΛΑΧΙΣΤΟ!Μακαρι να αντέξει στη χρήση αλλά η πρώτη εικόνα είναι ΕΝΤΥΠΩΣΙΑΚΗ!Στα 217€;;;Ok 250τμ δεν αντέχει η μπαταρία να τα κάνει με την πρώτη αλλά στα 120τμ που είμαι δεν αντιμετωπίζω κάποιο πρόβλημα!

As a device, purely speaking as hardware, it is very good. It climbs over table legs, recognizes carpets, and cleans very well—and I say this as someone whose hair sheds like a poodle. BUT do yourself a favor and don’t buy it; I’ve had it for 3 years, and for the last 2 I’ve been suffering with the software and connectivity. I have to reset it 40 times for it to start, IF it does. I’ve opened countless tickets with their support and they haven’t provided even half a solution. Since it was sold to another company, their app is a mess with many problems. While it was under warranty I sent it back to the store and they didn’t find any issue. So we are helpless. Honestly, get something else.
Ως συσκευή, καθαρά μιλώ ως hardware είναι πολύ καλή. ανεβαίνει τα πόδια απο τραπεζάκια, αναγνωρίζει το χάλι, και καθαρίζει πολύ καλά και το λέω εγώ που τα μαλλιά μου μάδούν σαν poodle. ΑΛΛΑ κάνετε την χάρη του εαυτού σας και μην την αγοράσετε, την έχω 3 χρόνια, τα τελευταία 2 υποφέρω με το λογισμικό και την σύνδεση. πρέπει να την κάνω 40 φορές reset για να πάρει μπρος και ΑΝ. έχω ανοίξει άπειρα tickets με το support τους και δεν έχουν ούτε μισή λύση, απο τότε που πουλήθηκε σε άλλη εταιρεία το app τους είναι μια αηδία με πολλά προβλήματα. Όσο ήταν σε εγγύηση την έστειλα στο κατάστημα πίσω κ δεν βρήκαν κάποιο θέμα. αρα είμαστε αβοήθητοι. Πάρτε κατι άλλο ειλικρινά.
Very difficult to set up.
Initially, it recognized the carpets as empty space on the floor (dark brown) and did not clean them.
When I contacted the dealership, they did not help me and said it had never happened before.
I covered the empty sensors with tape as shown in the photo and it worked.
Then, whenever it lost connection to the WiFi in remote rooms, it would erase its map and lose its base.
After connecting it to a WiFi extender in the center of the house, it worked.
Then it would lose its map because I did not have the "multi-layer map" function activated.
Once this function is activated, it can keep the map.
Excessive hassle and troubleshooting to make it work properly.
In terms of cleanliness, it is satisfactory, although it cleans a bit chaotically.
For example, the previous one (of another brand that turned out to be defective) cleaned about 45 sqm out of a 100 sqm house in 45 minutes, and this one cleans about the same in 60-70 minutes without mopping.
It recognizes the carpets and increases the intensity normally.
I do not recommend it due to the great hassle in setting it up. I almost returned it.
However, if it withstands the test of time, it will gain one star.
Πάρα πολύ δύσκολη στο στήσιμό της.
Αρχικά αναγνώριζε τα χαλιά σαν κενό στο έδαφος (σκούρο καφέ) και δεν τα σκούπιζε.
Σε επικοινωνία μου με την αντιπροσωπεία δεν με βοήθησαν και είπαν πως δεν είχε ξανατύχει.
Κάλυψα τους αισθητήρες κενού με χαρτοταινία όπως στη φωτογραφία και δούλεψε.
Στη συνέχεια όποτε έχανε τη σύνδεση με το WiFi στα απομακρυσμένα δωμάτια, έσβηνε το χάρτη της και έχανε τη βάση της.
Αφού τη σύνδεσα με WiFi extender στο κέντρο του σπιτιού δούλεψε.
Μετά έχανε το χάρτη της επειδή δεν είχα ενεργοποιημένη τη λειτουργία "multi layer map".
Μόλις ενεργοποιηθεί αυτή η λειτουργία, μετά μπορεί να κρατήσει το χάρτη.
Υπέρμετρη ταλαιπωρία και ψάξιμο για να δουλέψει όπως πρέπει.
Από πλευράς καθαριότητας είναι ικανοποιητική, αν και σκουπίζει λίγο χαοτικά.
Ενδεικτικά, η προηγούμενη (άλλης μάρκας που βγήκε ελαττωματική) σκούπιζε περίπου 45τμ από 100τμ σπίτι σε 45 λεπτά και αυτή σκουπίζει περίπου τα ίδια σε 60-70 λεπτά χωρίς σφουγγάρισμα.
Αναγνωρίζει τα χαλιά και ανεβάζει την ένταση κανονικά.
Δεν τη συστήνω λόγω της μεγάλης ταλαιπωρίας στο στήσιμο. Παραλίγο να την επιστρέψω.
Παρόλα αυτά αν αντέξει στο χρόνο θα ανέβει ένα αστέρι.

So look: The house is 126 sq.m. The vacuum maps and cleans - mops 50 of those. The rest are beds - sofas, etc., furniture and obstacles it can't go under. So don't go buying these kinds of vacuums unless you have a 200 square meter living room and each room is 50 sq.m. Also, the house needs to be minimal like a Swedish one. If you have floor lamps, hookahs, and little statues, you're out of luck. It will vacuum for 15 minutes and then you'll have to use the classic vacuum where it can't reach. I, because I listened to my wife and bought it, will go change the legs of the sofas and beds to make them higher so it can go underneath. So I don't cry over the 350. Other than that, because I see some people complaining, the vacuum on the first day did updates so it didn't work properly (it took 3 or 4 updates). The IMPORTANT thing: After the updates, unplug its base! This fixed all the problems like the bin emptying not working. After that, everything works perfectly! And for mopping, very good! Update: when the vacuum disconnects, you turn off the house modem and when you turn it back on, it connects immediately. In the app, if it says connection problem, you scroll down to refresh and it works fine.
Update: after 3 years it still works. Its general problem, that it loses connection, is solved by turning off the house modem and then it connects automatically. But now it started another quirk, it loses the house map and has to remap. Probably some update is stuck. After all this, I reduced the rating to 3 stars and I think it's better to look elsewhere.
New update: the vacuum constantly loses connection, the map, the starting point, etc. The rating dropped to 1 star...
Κοιταξτε λοιπόν: Το σπίτι ειναι 126 τ.μ. Η σκουπα κανει χαρτογραφιση και καθαριζει - σφουγγαριζει τα 50 από αυτα. Τα υπολοιπα ειναι κρεβατια - καναπεδες κλπ επιπλα και εμποδια που δεν περνα απο κάτω. Μην πάτε λοιπόν να παρετε τετοιες σκουπες αν δεν έχετε 200 τετραγωνικα σαλονάρα και απο 50 το καθε δωμάτιο. Ακόμη το σπίτι πρέπει να ειναι μινιμαλ σαν σουηδικο. Αν εχεις φωτιστικα δαπεδου, αργιλεδες και αγαλματακια την πατησες. Θα σκουπίζει 15 λεπτα και μετά θα πρεπει να βάλεις την κλασικη σκουπα εκει που δεν φτάνει. Εγω επειδη ακουσα την γυναικα μου και την πηρα θα παω να αλλαξω τα ποδια απο τους καναπεδες και τα κρεβατια για να τα ψηλωσω και να μπαινει απο κατω. Να μην κλαιω τα 350 δλδ. Κατά τα άλλα επειδη βλέπω μερικούς να κλαιγονται η σκούπα την πρώτη μέρα έκανε updates οπότε δεν δούλευε σωστα (πήρε 3 ή 4 ενημερώσεις). το ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΟ: Μετά από τα updates βγάλτε από την πρίζα την βαση της! Αυτό διόρθωσε όλα τα προβλήματα όπως δεν δούλευε το αδειασμα του κάδου. Μετά δουλεύουν όλα ρολόι! Και στο σφουγγάρισμα πολυ καλή! update: οταν αποσυνδεεται η σκουπα σβηνεις το μοντεμ του σπιτιου και οταν το ξανααναψεις συνδεεται αμεσως. στην εφαρμογη αν σου λεει προβλημα συνδεσης κανεις scroll down για ανανεωση και δουλευει κανονικα.
update: μετά από 3 χρόνια συνεχίζει να δουλεύει. το γενικό της πρόβλημα δηλαδή οτι χάνει την σύνδεση λύνεται σβήνοντας το μοντεμ του σπιτιού και μετά συνδέεται αυτόματα. όμως ξεκίνησε ένα άλλο τερτίπι χάνει τον χάρτη του σπιτιού και πρέπει να ξανακάνει χαρτογράφηση. λογικά κάποιο update κολάει. Μετά από όλα αυτά μείωσα την βαθμολογία στα 3 αστέρια και πιστέυω οτι καλύτερα να κοιτάξετε αλλού.
νεο update: η σκουπα συνεχεια χανει τη συνδεση, τον χαρτη, το σημείο εκκινησης κλπ. μειώθηκε στο 1 αστερι η βαθμολογια....
I bought it yesterday, so my review is just the first impression. It cleans very well in all the spots where you place it and easily climbs over obstacles like the legs of a drying rack. It collects quite a bit of dust since I had cleaned with a conventional vacuum the day before and I didn't expect that. After 2 years of operation, I can say that I am absolutely satisfied, as it works flawlessly like the first day. And the mopping is also very effective! I don't have pets at home and we don't enter with shoes. It has paid for itself! The frequent updates of the app annoy me a bit because it has to map from scratch, but okay!
Την αγόρασα εχθές, οπότε η κριτική μου είναι μόνο η πρώτη εντύπωση. Καθαρίζει πολύ καλά σε όλα τα σημεία που την έχεις βάλει και ανεβαίνει εύκολα τα εμπόδια όπως τα πόδια της απλώστρα. Μαζεύει αρκετή σκόνη αφού την προηγούμενη μέρα είχα καθαρίσει με συμβατική ηλεκτρική και δεν το περίμενα. Σφουγγάρισμα δεν έχω χρησιμοποιήσει ακόμη οπότε θα επανέλθω για ενημέρωση μόλις το κάνω. Το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι ότι δεν μπαίνει σε λειτουργία αυτόματου αδειάσματος, μου λέει συνέχεια ότι έχει αποσυνδεθεί το bluetooth, ενώ φαίνεται ενεργοποιημένο. Αν μπορεί κάποιος ας με βοηθήσει. Έχω στείλει μήνυμα μέσω της εφαρμογής και ανταποκρίθηκαν μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά, παρ'ολα αυτά εγώ δεν μπόρεσα να λύσω το θέμα.

Τελικά το πρόβλημα με το άδειασμα του κάδου δεν λύθηκε, την πήγα στο service του καταστήματος και μου έκαναν αντικατάσταση παρ'ολα αυτά ούτε αυτή μπορεί να συνδεθεί και επίσης η μία ρόδα είναι πιο ψηλά με αποτέλεσμα να μην εφάπτεται σωστά στο πάτωμα, οπότε θα επιστραφεί και αυτή. Υποθέτω ότι έχει βγει ελαττωματική η παρτίδα.

Σε σχέση με τις 2 προηγούμενες αυτή φαίνεται να λειτουργεί σωστά προς το παρόν! Συνδέθηκε κατευθείαν στο bluetooth και αδειάζει αυτόματα. Ελπίζω αυτή τη φορά να την πέτυχα! Σφουγγάρισμα ακόμη δεν έχω δοκιμάσει!

Μετά από 2 χρόνια λειτουργίας μπορώ να πω ότι είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένη, καθώς δουλεύει άψογα όπως την πρώτη μέρα. Και το σφουγγάρισμα επίσης πολύ αποτελεσματικό! Ζώα δεν έχω στο σπίτι και δεν μπαίνουμε με παπούτσια. Τα έχει βγάλει τα λεφτά της! Μου την σπάνε λίγο τα συχνά update της εφαρμογής, γιατί πρέπει να χαρτογραφήσει από την αρχή αλλα οκ!
As a vacuum cleaner, their application is good, but it is the worst thing that several times it does not respond and after the last upgrade it does not recognize the carpets, resulting in not increasing the suction power, not emptying the bin on its own, nor manually. There is no support in Greece for this company. If they fix the application in the future, I believe it will be worth its money.
Σαν σκούπα είναι καλή η εφαρμογή τους όμως είναι ότι χειρότερο αρκετές φορές δεν ανταποκρίνεται και μετά την τελευταία αναβάθμιση δεν αναγνωρίζει τα χάλια με αποτέλεσμα να μην αυξάνει την δύναμη σκουπίσματος να μην αδειάζει τον κάδο μόνη της αλλά ούτε με χειροκίνητο τρόπο. Υποστήριξη στη Ελλάδα για αυτήν την εταιρία δεν υπάρχει. Αν διορθώσουν την εφαρμογή μελόντικα πιστεύω θα αξίζει τα λεφτά της.
I bought it about three days ago, so the review is based on only three days of use. Probably one of the best blind purchases as there was no review to consult. At €395 with an automatic emptying bin, it seemed like a good choice as most similar ones with a bin cost over €500.
The application is simple and easy to use and connect. The WiFi synchronizes at 2.4Hz.
It mapped every space exceptionally quickly.
The most important thing is deep cleaning, especially on carpets, without encountering ANY problems with any reasonable obstacle. It cleans without any problem even a bathroom rug with tassels.
I only had one issue with the automatic dust absorption, it wasn't working. I sent a message through the Midea application and they responded via email within ONE hour on how to solve the issue.
The packaging includes EXTRA replacement brushes, a dust filter, and three bags for the bin, which is very important for future purchases. The construction also seems very sturdy and of high quality.
There is a pet, a cat, in the house, and after the first passes of the vacuum, I couldn't believe how much hair there was, and I couldn't clean it with a conventional vacuum.
Overall, I think that even though I have used it for a very short time, it is an excellent purchase. As for the pros, I insist on the immediate customer service for the problem I had, I have never experienced it before.
I have not used the mopping feature, I will come back with a new review.
Update: It cleans well to the best of its ability in mopping.
However, the application is terrible. There are frequent disconnections, and the main problem is that it loses the maps. Unfortunately, I have to lower the rating.
Την αγόρασα περίπου πριν τρεις μέρες οπότε η κριτική είναι με χρήση μόνο τριών ημερών. Πιθανότατα μια από τις καλύτερες αγορές "στα τυφλά" καθώς δεν υπήρχε κάποια αξιολόγηση να συμβουλευτω. Στα 395€ με κάδο για αυτόματο άδειασμα μου φάνηκε καλή επιλογή καθώς οι περισσότερες αντίστοιχες με κάδο κοστιζαν πάνω από 500€ .
Η εφαρμογή είναι απλή και εύκολη στην χρήση και την σύνδεση . Το WiFi συγχρονίζει στα 2,4Hz.
Χαρτογράφησε εξαιρετικά κάθε χώρο πολύ γρήγορα .
Το κυριότερο, βαθύ καθάρισμα , κυρίως στα χαλιά χωρίς να αντιμετωπίσει ΚΑΝΕΝΑ απολύτως πρόβλημα με οποιοδήποτε λογικό εμπόδιο. Καθαρίζει χωρίς πρόβλημα και χαλί μπάνιου με πολά κρόσια .
Μου έβγαλε μόνο ένα θέμα στην αυτόματη απορρόφηση της σκόνης , δεν λειτουργούσε. Έστειλα μέσω της εφαρμογής της midea μηνυμα και μου απάντησαν μεσω mail σε ΜΙΑ ώρα για το πως να λύσω το θέμα .
Η συσκευασία περιέχει ΕΞΤΡΑ ανταλλακτικά σκουπάκια, ένα φίλτρο σκόνης και τρεις σακούλες για τον κάδο, πολύ σημαντικό για νέα αγορά. Η δε κατασκευή φαίνεται πολύ στιβαρή και πολύ ποιοτική.
Στο σπίτι υπάρχει κατοικίδιο , γάτα , μετα τα πρώτα περάσματα της σκούπας δεν μπορούσα να πιστέψω πόση τρίχα υπήρχε και δεν μπορούσα να καθαρισω με συμβατική σκούπα .
Συνολικά νομίζω πως αν και την έχω χρησιμοποιήσει για πολύ λίγο είναι εξαιρετική αγορά. Στα συν, επιμένω η αμεσότατη εξυπηρέτηση για το πρόβλημα που είχα , δεν μου έχει τύχει ποτέ ξανα.

ΑΛΛΑ κάνετε την χάρη του εαυτού σας και μην την αγοράσετε, την έχω 3 χρόνια, τα τελευταία 2 υποφέρω με το λογισμικό και την σύνδεση. πρέπει να την κάνω 40 φορές reset για να πάρει μπρος και ΑΝ. έχω ανοίξει άπειρα tickets με το support τους και δεν έχουν ούτε μισή λύση, απο τότε που πουλήθηκε σε άλλη εταιρεία το app τους είναι μια αηδία με πολλά προβλήματα. Όσο ήταν σε εγγύηση την έστειλα στο κατάστημα πίσω κ δεν βρήκαν κάποιο θέμα. αρα είμαστε αβοήθητοι. Πάρτε κατι άλλο ειλικρινά.

Μετά έχανε το χάρτη της επειδή δεν είχα ενεργοποιημένη τη λειτουργία "multi layer map".
Μόλις ενεργοποιηθεί αυτή η λειτουργία, μετά μπορεί να κρατήσει το χάρτη.
Υπέρμετρη ταλαιπωρία και ψάξιμο για να δουλέψει όπως πρέπει.
Από πλευράς καθαριότητας είναι ικανοποιητική, αν και σκουπίζει λίγο χαοτικά.
Ενδεικτικά, η προηγούμενη (άλλης μάρκας που βγήκε ελαττωματική) σκούπιζε περίπου 45τμ από 100τμ σπίτι σε 45 λεπτά και αυτή σκουπίζει περίπου τα ίδια σε 60-70 λεπτά χωρίς σφουγγάρισμα.
Αναγνωρίζει τα χαλιά και ανεβάζει την ένταση κανονικά.
Δεν τη συστήνω λόγω της μεγάλης ταλαιπωρίας στο στήσιμο. Παραλίγο να την επιστρέψω.
Παρόλα αυτά αν αντέξει στο χρόνο θα ανέβει ένα αστέρι.

Μην πάτε λοιπόν να παρετε τετοιες σκουπες αν δεν έχετε 200 τετραγωνικα σαλονάρα και απο 50 το καθε δωμάτιο. Ακόμη το σπίτι πρέπει να ειναι μινιμαλ σαν σουηδικο. Αν εχεις φωτιστικα δαπεδου, αργιλεδες και αγαλματακια την πατησες. Θα σκουπίζει 15 λεπτα και μετά θα πρεπει να βάλεις την κλασικη σκουπα εκει που δεν φτάνει. Εγω επειδη ακουσα την γυναικα μου και την πηρα θα παω να αλλαξω τα ποδια απο τους καναπεδες και τα κρεβατια για να τα ψηλωσω και να μπαινει απο κατω. Να μην κλαιω τα 350 δλδ. Κατά τα άλλα επειδη βλέπω μερικούς να κλαιγονται η σκούπα την πρώτη μέρα έκανε updates οπότε δεν δούλευε σωστα (πήρε 3 ή 4 ενημερώσεις). το ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΟ: Μετά από τα updates βγάλτε από την πρίζα την βαση της! Αυτό διόρθωσε όλα τα προβλήματα όπως δεν δούλευε το αδειασμα του κάδου. Μετά δουλεύουν όλα ρολόι! Και στο σφουγγάρισμα πολυ καλή! update: οταν αποσυνδεεται η σκουπα σβηνεις το μοντεμ του σπιτιου και οταν το ξανααναψεις συνδεεται αμεσως. στην εφαρμογη αν σου λεει προβλημα συνδεσης κανεις scroll down για ανανεωση και δουλευει κανονικα.
update: μετά από 3 χρόνια συνεχίζει να δουλεύει. το γενικό της πρόβλημα δηλαδή οτι χάνει την σύνδεση λύνεται σβήνοντας το μοντεμ του σπιτιού και μετά συνδέεται αυτόματα. όμως ξεκίνησε ένα άλλο τερτίπι χάνει τον χάρτη του σπιτιού και πρέπει να ξανακάνει χαρτογράφηση. λογικά κάποιο update κολάει. Μετά από όλα αυτά μείωσα την βαθμολογία στα 3 αστέρια και πιστέυω οτι καλύτερα να κοιτάξετε αλλού.

I haven't used the mopping function yet, so I will come back for an update as soon as I do. The only problem is that it doesn't enter automatic emptying mode, it keeps telling me that the Bluetooth is disconnected, even though it seems to be activated. If someone can help me, please do. In the end, the problem with the bin emptying was not resolved, I took it to the store's service and they replaced it, but this one also cannot connect and also one wheel is higher resulting in it not making proper contact with the floor, so this one will be returned as well. I assume that the batch is defective.

After 2 years of operation, I can say that I am absolutely satisfied, as it works flawlessly like the first day. And the mopping is also very effective! I don't have pets at home and we don't enter with shoes. It has paid for itself! The frequent updates of the app annoy me a bit because it has to map from scratch, but okay!
Την αγόρασα εχθές, οπότε η κριτική μου είναι μόνο η πρώτη εντύπωση. Καθαρίζει πολύ καλά σε όλα τα σημεία που την έχεις βάλει και ανεβαίνει εύκολα τα εμπόδια όπως τα πόδια της απλώστρα. Μαζεύει αρκετή σκόνη αφού την προηγούμενη μέρα είχα καθαρίσει με συμβατική ηλεκτρική και δεν το περίμενα. Σφουγγάρισμα δεν έχω χρησιμοποιήσει ακόμη οπότε θα επανέλθω για ενημέρωση μόλις το κάνω. Το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι ότι δεν μπαίνει σε λειτουργία αυτόματου αδειάσματος, μου λέει συνέχεια ότι έχει αποσυνδεθεί το bluetooth, ενώ φαίνεται ενεργοποιημένο. Αν μπορεί κάποιος ας με βοηθήσει. Έχω στείλει μήνυμα μέσω της εφαρμογής και ανταποκρίθηκαν μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά, παρ'ολα αυτά εγώ δεν μπόρεσα να λύσω το θέμα.

Τελικά το πρόβλημα με το άδειασμα του κάδου δεν λύθηκε, την πήγα στο service του καταστήματος και μου έκαναν αντικατάσταση παρ'ολα αυτά ούτε αυτή μπορεί να συνδεθεί και επίσης η μία ρόδα είναι πιο ψηλά με αποτέλεσμα να μην εφάπτεται σωστά στο πάτωμα, οπότε θα επιστραφεί και αυτή. Υποθέτω ότι έχει βγει ελαττωματική η παρτίδα.

Σε σχέση με τις 2 προηγούμενες αυτή φαίνεται να λειτουργεί σωστά προς το παρόν! Συνδέθηκε κατευθείαν στο bluetooth και αδειάζει αυτόματα. Ελπίζω αυτή τη φορά να την πέτυχα! Σφουγγάρισμα ακόμη δεν έχω δοκιμάσει!

Μετά από 2 χρόνια λειτουργίας μπορώ να πω ότι είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένη, καθώς δουλεύει άψογα όπως την πρώτη μέρα. Και το σφουγγάρισμα επίσης πολύ αποτελεσματικό! Ζώα δεν έχω στο σπίτι και δεν μπαίνουμε με παπούτσια. Τα έχει βγάλει τα λεφτά της! Μου την σπάνε λίγο τα συχνά update της εφαρμογής, γιατί πρέπει να χαρτογραφήσει από την αρχή αλλα οκ!
As a vacuum cleaner, their application is good, but it is the worst thing that several times it does not respond and after the last upgrade it does not recognize the carpets, resulting in not increasing the suction power, not emptying the bin on its own, nor manually. There is no support in Greece for this company. If they fix the application in the future, I believe it will be worth its money.
Σαν σκούπα είναι καλή η εφαρμογή τους όμως είναι ότι χειρότερο αρκετές φορές δεν ανταποκρίνεται και μετά την τελευταία αναβάθμιση δεν αναγνωρίζει τα χάλια με αποτέλεσμα να μην αυξάνει την δύναμη σκουπίσματος να μην αδειάζει τον κάδο μόνη της αλλά ούτε με χειροκίνητο τρόπο. Υποστήριξη στη Ελλάδα για αυτήν την εταιρία δεν υπάρχει. Αν διορθώσουν την εφαρμογή μελόντικα πιστεύω θα αξίζει τα λεφτά της.
I bought it about three days ago, so the review is based on only three days of use. Probably one of the best blind purchases as there was no review to consult. At €395 with an automatic emptying bin, it seemed like a good choice as most similar ones with a bin cost over €500.
The application is simple and easy to use and connect. The WiFi synchronizes at 2.4Hz.
It mapped every space exceptionally quickly.
The most important thing is deep cleaning, especially on carpets, without encountering ANY problems with any reasonable obstacle. It cleans without any problem even a bathroom rug with tassels.
I only had one issue with the automatic dust absorption, it wasn't working. I sent a message through the Midea application and they responded via email within ONE hour on how to solve the issue.
The packaging includes EXTRA replacement brushes, a dust filter, and three bags for the bin, which is very important for future purchases. The construction also seems very sturdy and of high quality.
There is a pet, a cat, in the house, and after the first passes of the vacuum, I couldn't believe how much hair there was, and I couldn't clean it with a conventional vacuum.
Overall, I think that even though I have used it for a very short time, it is an excellent purchase. As for the pros, I insist on the immediate customer service for the problem I had, I have never experienced it before.
I have not used the mopping feature, I will come back with a new review.
Update: It cleans well to the best of its ability in mopping.
However, the application is terrible. There are frequent disconnections, and the main problem is that it loses the maps. Unfortunately, I have to lower the rating.
Την αγόρασα περίπου πριν τρεις μέρες οπότε η κριτική είναι με χρήση μόνο τριών ημερών. Πιθανότατα μια από τις καλύτερες αγορές "στα τυφλά" καθώς δεν υπήρχε κάποια αξιολόγηση να συμβουλευτω. Στα 395€ με κάδο για αυτόματο άδειασμα μου φάνηκε καλή επιλογή καθώς οι περισσότερες αντίστοιχες με κάδο κοστιζαν πάνω από 500€ .
Η εφαρμογή είναι απλή και εύκολη στην χρήση και την σύνδεση . Το WiFi συγχρονίζει στα 2,4Hz.
Χαρτογράφησε εξαιρετικά κάθε χώρο πολύ γρήγορα .
Το κυριότερο, βαθύ καθάρισμα , κυρίως στα χαλιά χωρίς να αντιμετωπίσει ΚΑΝΕΝΑ απολύτως πρόβλημα με οποιοδήποτε λογικό εμπόδιο. Καθαρίζει χωρίς πρόβλημα και χαλί μπάνιου με πολά κρόσια .
Μου έβγαλε μόνο ένα θέμα στην αυτόματη απορρόφηση της σκόνης , δεν λειτουργούσε. Έστειλα μέσω της εφαρμογής της midea μηνυμα και μου απάντησαν μεσω mail σε ΜΙΑ ώρα για το πως να λύσω το θέμα .
Η συσκευασία περιέχει ΕΞΤΡΑ ανταλλακτικά σκουπάκια, ένα φίλτρο σκόνης και τρεις σακούλες για τον κάδο, πολύ σημαντικό για νέα αγορά. Η δε κατασκευή φαίνεται πολύ στιβαρή και πολύ ποιοτική.
Στο σπίτι υπάρχει κατοικίδιο , γάτα , μετα τα πρώτα περάσματα της σκούπας δεν μπορούσα να πιστέψω πόση τρίχα υπήρχε και δεν μπορούσα να καθαρισω με συμβατική σκούπα .
Συνολικά νομίζω πως αν και την έχω χρησιμοποιήσει για πολύ λίγο είναι εξαιρετική αγορά. Στα συν, επιμένω η αμεσότατη εξυπηρέτηση για το πρόβλημα που είχα , δεν μου έχει τύχει ποτέ ξανα.
Δεν έχω χρησιμοποιήσει την δυνατότητα για σφουγγάρισμα , θα επανέλθω με νέα κριτική
Update καθαρίζει καλά στο μέτρο του δυνατού στο σφουγγαρισμα.
Αλλά. Χάλια εφαρμογή. Γίνονται πολύ συχνά αποσυνδέσεις, και το κυριότερο πρόβλημα, είναι πως χάνει τους χάρτες. Δυστυχώς πρέπει να κατεβάσω βαθμολογία.

We cleaned the house and then the vacuum cleaner arrived! We thought we had cleaned the house... The vacuum cleaner showed us how it's done! Unbelievable, easy to use, and after a week the house remains clean!!! Truly clean! The dust has been reduced to a MINIMUM! I hope it lasts with use, but the first impression is IMPRESSIVE! Καθαρίσαμε το σπίτι κ μετά ήρθε η σκούπα!Νομιζαμε ότι καθαρίσαμε το σπίτι…Η σκούπα μας έδειξε πως γίνεται!απίστευτη εύκολη στη χρήση κ μετά από μια εβδομάδα το σπίτι παραμένει καθαρό!!!Πραγματικα καθαρό!η σκόνη έχει μειωθεί στο ΕΛΑΧΙΣΤΟ!Μακαρι να αντέξει στη χρήση αλλά η πρώτη εικόνα είναι ΕΝΤΥΠΩΣΙΑΚΗ!Στα 217€;;;Ok 250τμ δεν αντέχει η μπαταρία να τα κάνει με την πρώτη αλλά στα 120τμ που είμαι δεν αντιμετωπίζω κάποιο πρόβλημα!

As a device, purely speaking as hardware, it is very good. It climbs over table legs, recognizes carpets, and cleans very well—and I say this as someone whose hair sheds like a poodle. BUT do yourself a favor and don’t buy it; I’ve had it for 3 years, and for the last 2 I’ve been suffering with the software and connectivity. I have to reset it 40 times for it to start, IF it does. I’ve opened countless tickets with their support and they haven’t provided even half a solution. Since it was sold to another company, their app is a mess with many problems. While it was under warranty I sent it back to the store and they didn’t find any issue. So we are helpless. Honestly, get something else.
Ως συσκευή, καθαρά μιλώ ως hardware είναι πολύ καλή. ανεβαίνει τα πόδια απο τραπεζάκια, αναγνωρίζει το χάλι, και καθαρίζει πολύ καλά και το λέω εγώ που τα μαλλιά μου μάδούν σαν poodle. ΑΛΛΑ κάνετε την χάρη του εαυτού σας και μην την αγοράσετε, την έχω 3 χρόνια, τα τελευταία 2 υποφέρω με το λογισμικό και την σύνδεση. πρέπει να την κάνω 40 φορές reset για να πάρει μπρος και ΑΝ. έχω ανοίξει άπειρα tickets με το support τους και δεν έχουν ούτε μισή λύση, απο τότε που πουλήθηκε σε άλλη εταιρεία το app τους είναι μια αηδία με πολλά προβλήματα. Όσο ήταν σε εγγύηση την έστειλα στο κατάστημα πίσω κ δεν βρήκαν κάποιο θέμα. αρα είμαστε αβοήθητοι. Πάρτε κατι άλλο ειλικρινά.
Very difficult to set up.
Initially, it recognized the carpets as empty space on the floor (dark brown) and did not clean them.
When I contacted the dealership, they did not help me and said it had never happened before.
I covered the empty sensors with tape as shown in the photo and it worked.
Then, whenever it lost connection to the WiFi in remote rooms, it would erase its map and lose its base.
After connecting it to a WiFi extender in the center of the house, it worked.
Then it would lose its map because I did not have the "multi-layer map" function activated.
Once this function is activated, it can keep the map.
Excessive hassle and troubleshooting to make it work properly.
In terms of cleanliness, it is satisfactory, although it cleans a bit chaotically.
For example, the previous one (of another brand that turned out to be defective) cleaned about 45 sqm out of a 100 sqm house in 45 minutes, and this one cleans about the same in 60-70 minutes without mopping.
It recognizes the carpets and increases the intensity normally.
I do not recommend it due to the great hassle in setting it up. I almost returned it.
However, if it withstands the test of time, it will gain one star.
Πάρα πολύ δύσκολη στο στήσιμό της.
Αρχικά αναγνώριζε τα χαλιά σαν κενό στο έδαφος (σκούρο καφέ) και δεν τα σκούπιζε.
Σε επικοινωνία μου με την αντιπροσωπεία δεν με βοήθησαν και είπαν πως δεν είχε ξανατύχει.
Κάλυψα τους αισθητήρες κενού με χαρτοταινία όπως στη φωτογραφία και δούλεψε.
Στη συνέχεια όποτε έχανε τη σύνδεση με το WiFi στα απομακρυσμένα δωμάτια, έσβηνε το χάρτη της και έχανε τη βάση της.
Αφού τη σύνδεσα με WiFi extender στο κέντρο του σπιτιού δούλεψε.
Μετά έχανε το χάρτη της επειδή δεν είχα ενεργοποιημένη τη λειτουργία "multi layer map".
Μόλις ενεργοποιηθεί αυτή η λειτουργία, μετά μπορεί να κρατήσει το χάρτη.
Υπέρμετρη ταλαιπωρία και ψάξιμο για να δουλέψει όπως πρέπει.
Από πλευράς καθαριότητας είναι ικανοποιητική, αν και σκουπίζει λίγο χαοτικά.
Ενδεικτικά, η προηγούμενη (άλλης μάρκας που βγήκε ελαττωματική) σκούπιζε περίπου 45τμ από 100τμ σπίτι σε 45 λεπτά και αυτή σκουπίζει περίπου τα ίδια σε 60-70 λεπτά χωρίς σφουγγάρισμα.
Αναγνωρίζει τα χαλιά και ανεβάζει την ένταση κανονικά.
Δεν τη συστήνω λόγω της μεγάλης ταλαιπωρίας στο στήσιμο. Παραλίγο να την επιστρέψω.
Παρόλα αυτά αν αντέξει στο χρόνο θα ανέβει ένα αστέρι.

So look: The house is 126 sq.m. The vacuum maps and cleans - mops 50 of those. The rest are beds - sofas, etc., furniture and obstacles it can't go under. So don't go buying these kinds of vacuums unless you have a 200 square meter living room and each room is 50 sq.m. Also, the house needs to be minimal like a Swedish one. If you have floor lamps, hookahs, and little statues, you're out of luck. It will vacuum for 15 minutes and then you'll have to use the classic vacuum where it can't reach. I, because I listened to my wife and bought it, will go change the legs of the sofas and beds to make them higher so it can go underneath. So I don't cry over the 350. Other than that, because I see some people complaining, the vacuum on the first day did updates so it didn't work properly (it took 3 or 4 updates). Κοιταξτε λοιπόν: Το σπίτι ειναι 126 τ.μ. Η σκουπα κανει χαρτογραφιση και καθαριζει - σφουγγαριζει τα 50 από αυτα. Τα υπολοιπα ειναι κρεβατια - καναπεδες κλπ επιπλα και εμποδια που δεν περνα απο κάτω. Μην πάτε λοιπόν να παρετε τετοιες σκουπες αν δεν έχετε 200 τετραγωνικα σαλονάρα και απο 50 το καθε δωμάτιο. Ακόμη το σπίτι πρέπει να ειναι μινιμαλ σαν σουηδικο. Αν εχεις φωτιστικα δαπεδου, αργιλεδες και αγαλματακια την πατησες. Θα σκουπίζει 15 λεπτα και μετά θα πρεπει να βάλεις την κλασικη σκουπα εκει που δεν φτάνει. Εγω επειδη ακουσα την γυναικα μου και την πηρα θα παω να αλλαξω τα ποδια απο τους καναπεδες και τα κρεβατια για να τα ψηλωσω και να μπαινει απο κατω. Να μην κλαιω τα 350 δλδ. Κατά τα άλλα επειδη βλέπω μερικούς να κλαιγονται η σκούπα την πρώτη μέρα έκανε updates οπότε δεν δούλευε σωστα (πήρε 3 ή 4 ενημερώσεις). το ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΟ: Μετά από τα updates βγάλτε από την πρίζα την βαση της! Αυτό διόρθωσε όλα τα προβλήματα όπως δεν δούλευε το αδειασμα του κάδου. Μετά δουλεύουν όλα ρολόι! Και στο σφουγγάρισμα πολυ καλή! update: οταν αποσυνδεεται η σκουπα σβηνεις το μοντεμ του σπιτιου και οταν το ξανααναψεις συνδεεται αμεσως. στην εφαρμογη αν σου λεει προβλημα συνδεσης κανεις scroll down για ανανεωση και δουλευει κανονικα.
update: μετά από 3 χρόνια συνεχίζει να δουλεύει. το γενικό της πρόβλημα δηλαδή οτι χάνει την σύνδεση λύνεται σβήνοντας το μοντεμ του σπιτιού και μετά συνδέεται αυτόματα. όμως ξεκίνησε ένα άλλο τερτίπι χάνει τον χάρτη του σπιτιού και πρέπει να ξανακάνει χαρτογράφηση. λογικά κάποιο update κολάει. Μετά από όλα αυτά μείωσα την βαθμολογία στα 3 αστέρια και πιστέυω οτι καλύτερα να κοιτάξετε αλλού.
νεο update: η σκουπα συνεχεια χανει τη συνδεση, τον χαρτη, το σημείο εκκινησης κλπ. μειώθηκε στο 1 αστερι η βαθμολογια....
