I am not particularly knowledgeable, so consider the following purely personal opinion from someone who has simply tried a few:
The whiskey is generally good.
From what I have tried, I would say it has:
moderate aroma/alcohol - meaning you can smell the alcohol in the nose, but it is not too strong. I don't expect it to have a strong aroma for 40%, but it has indeed taken on some from the sherry cask.
First sip, smooth on the tongue, slightly reminiscent of cognac, I would say slightly sweet.
Mild finish, lingering and full, in the palate and throat.
Interesting after-taste.
I don't know if it's worth 60 euros yet, maybe with a lit fireplace and a chair next to it, it would have a different taste. Because it's 40%, I will try it with a little warm water (a few drops), but I don't expect it to bring out more things. I will add a little water and cover the glass for a minute to see if it will release more aroma and if the taste will change.
In general, I enjoy trying different ones and my price range is somewhere around 50-60 euros. I will definitely buy another aberlour in the future, but I don't think I will get the same one again.

Επειδή είναι 40% θα δοκιμάσω με λίγο ζεστό νεράκι (μερικές σταγόνες) αλλά δεν περιμένω να βγάλει παραπάνω πράματα. Θα ρίξω λίγο νεράκι και θα σκεπάσω λίγο το ποτήρι για 1 λεπτάκι να δω εάν θα βγάλει παραπάνω άρωμα κι εάν θα αλλάξει η γεύση.
