Cyclops Early Harvest Olive Oil

A single variety extra virgin olive oil from Cyclops with very low acidity, made from the Makri variety with a unique personality thanks to the microclimate of the region and the soil structure of the estates from which it is harvested in mid-October.

It is characterized by a fruity flavor of medium to high intensity with a strong freshness of green olives and notes of green banana, artichoke, and freshly cut grass.

It is processed within 4-8 hours of being harvested under excellent oil extraction and cold pressing conditions.

In taste, it is complex and delicate with a medium intensity bitterness and spicy characteristics, recommended to be consumed raw as a finishing touch to all your dishes.
