Depending on the conditions in your kitchen, you can choose between exhaust air operation or recirculation operation.

In exhaust air operation, the cooking fumes pass through a grease filter, are cleaned of coarse grease particles, and finally discharged outside through the duct system. With recirculation operation hoods, unpleasant cooking fumes are directed through a grease and activated carbon filter. All Gorenje hoods have both exhaust and recirculation air capabilities. The filtered air is freed from grease particles and odors and returns to the kitchen as clean air.
