The Eugene Perma Compact hair color remover completely or partially removes artificial color pigments and can lighten hair by 1 to 5 levels. It is used to correct a shade that is too dark or color buildup, even on the same day as coloring. Apply to the lengths first, not the roots.

Mix in a non-metallic bowl or shaker with 10, 20, or 30 vol. developer, or lukewarm water at 40 °C, according to the usage chart. Apply the cream to dry, unwashed hair and adjust the processing time to achieve the desired result. Then rinse the hair thoroughly and shampoo.
