    Unfortunately, it doesn't have a lower rating for me to give it. It is supposed to be 1kw and when I tested it, it was weaker than a 450 watt one I have; as soon as you apply a little pressure, it also stops and shakes so much that on a flat surface it rolls around on the workbench. Stay away from this product.
